I have a 2016 Explorer that needed a engine replacement. Chris Porbansky was my service advisor. Chris kept me informed the entire time, worked out a estimate for the job that much less than another dealership had given me. They completed the job faster than I expected and also took care of replacing two tire sensors and flex plate while staying under the estimate. The car was detailed before I picked it up and both Chris and the technician explained what and how the job went. If you have a Ford vehicle and live in the area Larson Ford is the place to bring it.

I wasn't able to start my car on Friday morning. After getting a jump start I took it straight up to MINI of Mt. Laurel. They took me right away & spent lots of time checking everything out, doing a thorough job working on it. Tonya was my service advisor & did a great job. She & Jacob took time to talk with me about what was going on. They took care of everything & I was able to leave a little while later. Everyone was so accommodating & helpful, for which I'm grateful because my car being in distress was quite stressful for me. They took great care of my car & me also.

The issue I had was that I told the service manager about the cover on top of the steering wheel was cracked from the last time that they fixed a recall issue with the turning single and he stated that he would document it but basically we aren’t going to fix it. I wasn’t going to argue with him but it will determine whether I buy another vehicle from Kindle. What he should of said I will order the part and get it replaced.

Fernando was great! I came in for a routine maintenance but had an issue with my car that has been happening for over eight months. I had originally went to a different dealership for service, and they were not able to identify the issue. But Fernando took his time and documented everything that I told him, and after spending a couple of hours there, they were able to identify the problem, and got it corrected. Fernando and the rest of the staff are always friendly and the service. It's top notch!
