I was expecting to be baited and switched and leave in my Outback. To say I was pleasantlysurprised is an understatement. I had my daughter's car service here for a oil change a few weeks ago . I was informed that the airfilter needed to be changed and was quoted $65 plus tax. Even knowing I can do it myself for like $35 I told Park Ave to do it this way its done. I receieved the car back, oil change done , air filter changed and car washed. When I went to pay for it the service to change the airfilter was now $93 with a EPA charge of $9 and $12.50 misc charges added. My service adviser was not available and I had to leave so I paid it and reached out after. The service adviser told me those charges were for EPA disposal and supplies used to clean my car? Regardless these charges were not disclosed to me and if they were I would of told them not to do the service . Dealers can charge what they want but they need to be upfront about it. I asked for the undisclosed charges of $22 to be removed but never heard back from anyone. I do not like when dealers are not upfront with fees especially when they are xx, and do not get back to their clients to fix it. If this is how they do business then they lost a good customer and I'll go elsewhere. I am hoping they see this complaint so maybe we can fix this since they don't respond to emails. If not I know I need to go back to Prestige BMW. I bought my car from Park Ave and had a great experience which is why I gave them a chance to service my vehicles. I never had a problem like this before servicing my cars and I don't want to start now!

We looked at and bought a Certified Mazda 2025 CX-50 with 5600 miles, black / black, very clean, clean car fax, recently dealer serviced, met with Charlie Finocchiaro told us about the details, took a test drive and my wife loved the car! Negotiated a final total out the door price, deal was Done!! At pick up Charlie sat with my wife to explain some of the feature like the tilt and telescopic steering wheel, work the on board app screen, oh since the car was Mazda certified we got the extra 12 month and 12K bumper to bumper extra on top of the original, plus an extra year (7), and 100K powertrain

This is our second Subaru from Ciocca and it was the most hassle-free experience we have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. We LOVE our Onyx Edition Subaru and the wonderful features it comes with. Plus the Turbo WOW and just the whole package including the black rims. Highly recommended to start your search at Ciocca because even if you don't buy a Subaru, you will find the vehicle that is right for you. But get a Subaru already! Also talk to Elvis who will put you at ease and help you through the entire sales process. Looking forward to years of safe driving. Matt in service dept was very helpful while we waited for our Optima to be serviced. We had an appointment made online the day before. Took about 70 min despite being very crowded. Comfortable seating and snacks provided while waiting. Mailed coupons were accepted, and price was reasonable for what was done. Would highly recommend.
