I experienced impeccable customer service!! I did not want the sugar coating fake sales pitch. I was honest from the start about that. Justin, Tommy and Ivan were so accommodating to what I was looking for and what I was able to afford. They explained all and made the process so easy and stress free. I am referring all friends and family looking to lease or finance a car, to look no further then South Shore Nissan of Amityville!!! You will not be disappointed!

He keep both my daughter and I up to date when the part was coming in and how long. There was a little set back when the part came in but nothing major. BMW GOT MY VOTE!!! Red flags everywhere. This is why people buy from CarMax. Fees: They advertise as a no fee dealer, which is completely inaccurate. I was informed over the phone of a $175 dealer. I saw negative reviews about hidden Lojack fees, which I asked about. The "manager" acted like he didn't know what Lojack was, and said there would be no such thing. I then get the price quote and it had the $175 dealer doc fee, a $1,495 Lojack fee, and $513 in other fees. I asked for an explanation on the latter two fees and never got a response. Vehicle Condition: The online photo was manipulated to make damage far less visible. I asked twice if there was any cosmetic damage I should know about, and was told no. Not until asking a 3rd time was I informed that the passenger side had been side swiped and never repaired. The door needs sheet metal work and the paint will be significant enough to require blending across the side panels. Comparing the iphone photo of the damage to the website photo, the photo editing is apparent. They then stopped answering my questions when asking about the damage. Communication: Very poor. Lack of follow up and lack of enthusiasm for the customer and the business. When a buyer has to force communication to discuss a vehicle, your dealership culture is broken. Overall: Classic dealership behavior that has plagued the industry for years. No hustle. No integrity displayed in any interaction.

Great Service here! I came to check out some Mini Coopers and was helped out by a nice gentleman named Nick. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions to the best of his ability. There was no pressure at any point to buy a car with them. I am coming back next week to pick up my Mini Cooper and I can't wait!

ALERT!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!! I called them regarding a Pre-Owned 2022 Accord and they said the price is negotiable but I have to be there at the store, so I've decided to drive 1hr each way. Kevin, the salesperson was okay but his manager was a jack@$$ (wish I have his name). He was so rude and disgusting attitude with no intention to sale cars. Internet price of that vehicle was $25,509 but when I got there, he handed over me a quote of the same vehicle of (almost) $34,000, what a joke. I can purchase a brand new Accord for about $30,000. They tried to give me a $500 coupon that I can easily find over the internet. DO NOT COME HERE!!!! You will changed $10,000 to $15,000 more than whatever price you see online. Worst Honda dealer ever!!!! ZERO STAR

When I got there, I asked for the rep, Carla whom I had an appointment with. A young man said she was unavailable and showed me the car. The ad shows a black Mercedes but when I got there, the car was a faded silver grey that was much in need of a paint job. The tires were marginal and when I tried to access the OBDII system with a scanner, there was a fatal error in the system. The car would not pass state inspection that way. The car was not worth even a $1,000. The salesman was more interested in showing me videos of his friend drag racing in the street instead of trying to make me into a happy customer. Baron Auto Emporium should be ashamed of themselves for showing a car in that poor condition for the money they were asking. And the way the salesman was, deplorable. I would never go back.

Horrible dishonest and fraudulent dealership. Worst experience ever. They bait and switch just to get you in the dealership and waste your time. The car ends up being 15k over the advertised price. Should be investigated and penalized by the FTC.

I want to applaud the Service Manager at Nissan of Yorktown Heights! His name Chris Risnes. He has only been there about 6 months. Although the business is about cars, he is about the people! I believe with his leadership, and modeling excellent customer service, this very low non- rating by the BBB, will not only improve, but excel. Chris went above and beyond to resolve a serious issue I had with my Nissan. I did not have transportation to the service department, and my car had the kind of problem that was a true safety issue. Chris did not delay, put off, make excuses, try to upsell, he went out of his way, came to where I live, left his car and took my car to the service department to be fixed. It took a day longer than he thought it might to get the part. He called me and let me know as soon as he knew. He called me the next day also to share an update. And he called when he was on his way back with my car. Elizabeth, who was at the service desk and took my call, also showed exemplary customer service ... she did not try and "get rid of me', listened to my story, and immediately went and talked to Chris, explained my story and he returned my call within a half hour. Both Chris and Elizabeth made me feel like they would find a solution, no matter what... not more obstacles. If your experince in the service department has felt lacking, prior to 6 months ago, please at least give those two folks a shot... they made all the difference in my experience as a customer needing assistance!

Nov 2024. I found a Wrangler on Jeep.com at CDJR of Utica. Then filled in their online information request. Within 30 minutes I had a phone message and text reply wanting to help! I had a great experience with Jordan Ross, Erik Hyde and Matt Coppola while purchasing the 2024 Willy. This was a long distance purchase with email, phone calls and texts. These guys were prompt and professional! When I arrived for pickup, the paperwork and Willy were ready for a quick turn. Thank you!

I bought a car from import masters in 2022. Since buying the car, it has been in the shop several times for a Drivetrain malfunction issue and a coolant leak. It seemed every time i got one of those issues fixed, the other problem happened. I put 3K down on the car, and at least 15k in financing payments, to then spend another 10K in repairs. In 3 years, thats crazy. I tried to declare the car a lemon but because it has been too long, I cant even though I reported the issues when I was in year one. I would NEVER buy anything from them. Im also looking into legal action vs the dealership. Stay far away from them!!!!!

I bought a used car from these harlequins, after 2 months of legally owning the car ( btw it took 2 months for the title to arrive with zero explanation) I heard a sound coming from the engine, took it to my mechanic who I’ve had a 8 yr professional relationship with and he told me there was metal in the oil pan that a 1 year apprentice would of been able to see from a faulty engine and that the engine had to be replaced. I was obviously concerned but since I purchased a “premium extended warranty that I was assured by the finance guy would cover “worse case scenarios” and cover labor cost and parts , like say…. needing a new engine…. Wrong, dead wrong! I have to pay $6000 out of pocket plus $500 to have the car diagnosed as per the insurance companies protocol not to mention the pure inconvenience and expense of being without a car for 6 weeks. Correspondence with them fell on deaf ears and when we did talk it was to the tune of “well these things happen and that there are no guarantees. Not only was my car a dud the warranty they sold me was too . I had concerns about the car prior to buying but I’m no mechanic so I went with their recommendation that I was buying a great car and if anything goes wrong at least you have piece of mind having a warranty . These guys are exactly the reason car salesmen and dealerships have a bad rep. You have now made it harder for the next salesperson. “Promise high and deliver low “should be their motto, I feel their incompetence is habitual from the bottom to the tippy top. As a small business owner in this small community, the importance of word of mouth and backing up my service/products is never lost on me. I can’t say the same for Romeo, not only have they lost any future sales from me but the potential loss of sales from anyone who happens to cross my path and hear about my experience. Shame on them and their horrendous business practices. My advice to you, go elsewhere! There is a reason why the reviews are all BAD!

I bought a 2000 wrangler from Auto Expo 2 weeks ago. Had very minor issues with interior lights draining the battery but just removed the lights, it's an old jeep, who need interior lights anyway. I brought it to my mechanic today because on the dash the break light stays on. He looked at everything and said that brakes, calipers are new and the engine, "is so clean for a 2000 tj". He was impressed with my buy. I love my Jeep, Don was great and all the staff were wonderful. This place is different from anywhere else you will go, you can't test drive, you buy just by looking at the vehicle and then you pay an extra $400 for them to get it in tip top shape. They did and my TJ is awesome, thank you to Don and staff!

After I get approved I test drove the car and signed the papers. I only spent less than an hour at the dealership. And also Victor (service dept.) who helped me during my car services.
