The rear hatch on my SRX wouldn’t open any more. I took it to a Cadillac dealership who advised me that the issue was un-fixable as the necessary part was no longer available. In desperation, I called Randy Marion Cadillac for a second opinion. The receptionist connected me with Danny who knew what my problem was even before I had the chance to tell him I already knew. They fixed the problem with a brand new part and cleaned my car so well, my wife yelled at me for buying new rims. Danny was personable, knowledgable and responsive. Since he was able to save me some money from the original quote (one of the parts turned out to be unnecessary), he offered to also repair another issue (strong salesman’s skills). I couldn’t be happier. Kudos to senior management for running a tight ship, Danny my advisor and to the mechanics. Nice job !

I made an appointment, and when we arrived with the truck and trailer, they were very accommodating and helpful. We told them that we were in a kind of a hurry because we needed the truck later on that day. It didn't take them long to conduct the analysis and determine what was wrong, and it wasn't with the truck but with the trailer connection. Fortunately, no repairs needed to be done, so we were still able to make our commitments later that day.

I see in the reviews that I'm not the only one who experienced a low price, high discount vehicle but with hidden add-ons! Flow is a snake. It took six days for someone at Flow Chevy to actually help me. The initial correspondence with Samuel was confusing and lacked attention. Alicia was polite and professional via email, The advertised price looked too good to be true—and it was. The online listing failed to disclose several Flow add-ons, including the Flow Shield Package, Flow Total Protection Package, and assist steps, all of which significantly inflated the final price. These were not optional, and none were clearly included in the advertised number, only after they put the numbers together. On top of that, my trade-in was valued below market. Carmax even understood that and offered me $7k more. When I questioned Flow the low offer, I was told: “You are getting $39k for your trade plus the $1,000 rebate for trade assistance and the $2,000 discount for upgrade assistance, so you are getting around $42k for your trade.” This explanation is misleading. Incentives are meant to benefit the customer—not be used to mask a lower trade-in value or make the numbers look better on paper. Using rebates to offset an underpriced trade is not transparent and is not how fair deals are done. Overall, the experience was slow, unclear, and disappointing. I expected straightforward pricing and honest communication—especially when buying a high-end truck—but instead got hidden add-ons and creative math.

My husband and I ordered our 2024 Ford Maverick Hybred from Boyd Automotive in July 2023. Throughout the waiting process, Jason kept us informed of the build-status of our vehicle and was very willing to answer our questions. We received delivery of the truck on May 30th. Jason and the team were extremely helpful, made sure everything was just the way we had ordered it, took time to review the truck with us so that driving would be easy. I am the primary driver and just love it! We took off from Durham to Florida for a trip the day after delivery. The truck performed very well then, and has since. I highly recommend Boyd Automotive to anyone looking for a Ford vehicle; in fact, I did recommend to a friend of church already!

In one word: Sketchy (note the capital “S”). We received an illogical repair estimate that mysteriously disappeared after we questioned it—along with claims that the mechanic was fired. I still have a copy, though they weren’t interested in seeing it. Instead, they tried to sell me a $350 battery, nearly half of which was labor. We declined. When we asked them to address a recall issue, they refused, saying they couldn’t do so without selling me a new battery. For context, the current battery is less than a year old and only died because I accidentally left the lights on—it worked perfectly before that. Upon informing them I would have it towed rather than be extorted, they mentioned the diagnostic fee. I fail to see how there can be one when I was told they can't proceed to diagnose the issue without me first replacing the battery. Maybe the diagnosis is for the battery, which I doubt they did any testing because it was tested the day before it was brought in. Perhaps they are referring to the first fake invoice that was suddenly lost? Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to walk out of there without your pants. They are bent on selling you something whether you need it, like it, or not. I will avoid all Flow branded dealerships. The fish rots from the head down.
