There is room for improvement in the service provided by the staff. There have been instances where some members of the team demonstrated a lack of concern for the customer. Additionally, there has been a change in the service offerings, such as a new charge for tire rotation with an oil change, which was previously included. Moreover, during a recent visit where I brought my Cadillac in for one issue, it was returned with an additional problem that was not present initially. Furthermore, the exterior of the vehicle was not cleaned, nor was there an offer made to do so. Consequently, my vehicle was returned in a dirty condition.

He was professional without being pushy. He made us feel like we were part of his own family. He gave us the most efficient and clear upfront pricing we could have asked for right over our first couple emails, then did not continue to email badger back and forth like all the other dealerships did. I recently visited Flow Buick GMC in Greensboro to address an issue with the exhaust on my 2023 Yukon Denali. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a service department representative named Mark. While he appeared knowledgeable, his demeanor left much to be desired. He expressed uncertainty about their ability to rectify the issue with my exhaust, stating there were no guarantees, and quoted a fee of $100 just to attempt a fix. Frankly, I found this approach off-putting and unacceptable. Deciding to seek service elsewhere, I turned to Clinard Muffler in Thomasville. Here, I encountered a markedly different experience. The staff at Clinard Muffler were courteous, respectful, and efficient. They promptly identified and resolved the issue with my vehicle within minutes, and at a fraction of the cost quoted by Flow Buick GMC. In light of my experience, I cannot recommend Flow Buick GMC. While they may have the resources, their lack of transparency and customer-centric approach is a significant drawback. For fair and honest service, I highly recommend exploring other reputable options in the area. Avoid Flow Buick GMC and opt for establishments that prioritize integrity and customer satisfaction. Your vehicle—and your wallet—will thank you.

Coby, our salesman, was wonderful. Our main complaint: We made an appointment to see the car we were interested in and had seen in an email from the dealership (We live in Greenville, S.C. ~ 2 hours & 15 minutes away). The morning of our visit, we received a call from the dealership in Morganton, NC confirming our appointment time. When we arrived, however, we found the car was NOT there and had been driven that morning to their Everett dealership in HICKORY, NC with no notification to us before we arrived. After several calls by the staff, we were driven to the Hickory dealership then had to drive Back to the Morganton dealership to complete our purchase. Again, Coby was Very helpful, as were others at the Morganton Dealership. I was a bit put-off by having to pay a $599.00 "Proc/Doc Fee" which was just a dealership profit fee according to a salesperson and could not be removed. Also, even though we paid with actual cash, we did not receive the Title until 13 days later. They did, however, wash the vehicle and filled the gas tank for us. None-the-less, we were overall pleased and would use this dealership again in the future.

Yeah they tried to sell me what they could, that is their job, but what really impressed me was how they kept working for me after I signed on the dotted line. I was in an out with my new vehicle (exactly what I wanted) in one afternoon and they called me back the next day because they made a mistake and ended up redoing the paperwork and saving us $25 dollars a month on the payment. The promised us a second key, and I came in on the day, they knew I was coming, were right on it and treated me like they were genuinely glad I was there. Kash greeted me in the waiting room and asked if I was happy with the van so far and I would honestly seek him out next time I need a vehicle. I have been looking for a dealership that treated me like they wanted me to be a customer, and so far they have done a wonderful job. I see no reason to ever go to another dealership.
