My service call went great Friday. Brett Smith was customer friendly and kept me in the loop, suggested we attend to other services I needed while there so that I would not have to return for awhile. I got the Ridgeline in Feb. it has been a great vehicle. Highly recommend Roush and Honda and service rep. Brett Smith!

I purchased my first Toyota in 2006. Over the course of my ownership, Victory Toyota (formerly Metro) has performed all the services on my vehicle. This past week was no exception; I brought the car in for diagnostic evaluation of an issue that developed; Tony, my service rep, discovered a problem that was too costly to repair on a car of this age. I have researched leasing vs ownership and decided to lease a vehicle at this time. Ryan, the sales manager, Grant my product specialist and Justin, my finance manager helped me navigate through the process with ease. In about 4 hours, I drove home in a new vehicle. My experience with Victory Toyota has been outstanding. I look forward to continuing this relationship in the years ahead.

Service was performed as required. Repairs were completed as promised. Only flaw was the use of their coupons was too restrictive. On line coupons were different than coupons received in the mail and if you forgot your coupon at home there were no exceptions. As a loyal GMC customer, I was disappointed in the new dealer management policies!
