It wasn't the worse service situation I've been in. The dealership is small as is the waiting room with no coffee/tea. I got the car back and the outside was dripping wet. I think they 'washed' the vehicle but didn't dry it. I went to the car wash after this. The important part is the work seemingly was done sufficiently.

The recitation who installed the tires also had me notified about other service that was approaching which saved me from making additional future appointments..
