I’ve been dealing with it for quite some time and they were very helpful and they also found that my car had recalls on it and we’re very prompt at getting those fixed kept in touch with me very well during the process of fixing my car overall, I have no complaints on this dealership. They just did a wonderful job in their service station. I definitely would recommend them to anybody that needed work on their vehicle

In mid-August, I made an appointment to have a tire checked; we thought the tire had a slow leak. As it turned out, three of my tires had issues! Reggie worked things out with repair of one, acquiring two new ones, rotating tires, and putting on the spare—so I could use the car that night and come back the next day for the new tires. Reggie explained each step along the way. He is friendly and thorough; I trust his expertise!! Thanks Joseph VW!
