Replaced the original exhaust system on my 2002 Toyota Tacoma, which was not an easy task. Explained that the work took about 2 hours longer than expected because the old system was badly rusted and really hard to remove. Overall, I think they did a great job! I have been taking my vehicle to Toyota Direct on Morse Road for at least 15 years and never have had a bad service experience, and I feel they have always treated me as a valued customer.
