I've bought two cars from Klaben Ford 13 years apart. Both times I've fealt like I received a fair deal and was treated well at the dealership. The latest experience was with a difficult emissions issue that took several visits to resolve. They kept after it until it was resolved. My only complaint is with how long it took to get the service scheduled. The issue was a minor one, and I hope if there is a major issue that it could be addressed faster. To be fair, in this case the car was drivable and didn't cause major issues.

Pallotta mobile service took care of my flat tire. Alex the technician was speedy and took my tire off in my driveway and then brought back a new tire and installed it. Pallotta staff is very responsive to the customers needs. This is an excellent dealership!
