Latest Ohio Subaru Dealer Reviews

He was able to show my wife and I almost every feature before we ever took it for a test drive. When it came time to deal, he was very professional and respectful of my thoughts and concerns.
I would have given a "5" for Quality of Work and for Overall Experience, but the F&I guy was a real jerk. No personality, and got very annoyed with me when I maintained that I was going to review every line on every piece of paper. He was more annoyed when I declined the extended warranty, and service contracts.
I would warn anyone buying a car from them, (or any dealer really) to make sure you check your numbers. With the agreed upon purchase price, trade value, fees, taxes, and my downpayment, I knew where my payment was going to be. I worked it out on my financial calculator. When I went to close the deal in the F&I office, the first loan paperwork I saw had a payment that was about $5 more/month. Over the life of the loan, that was about $315 extra. So, I went back and looked at my wife's car we had bought from a Ford Dealership. Same thing. I think this is standard practice, and I can't believe it's not considered fraudelent.

He worked VERY HARD to find me the vehicle that I wanted. Ultimately, it came down to the fact that he didn't have the exact colore that my wife desired. We had to work HARD to get our price, but he did give me a fair value offer for my trade, and was very classy when I let him know that I bought from someone else.
