Service department needs to better follow up on parts that are supposed to be ordered. Two separate times we’ve had to have parts ordered and find out when we get to our scheduled service appt. They hadn’t been ordered.

We're in California and buying a car from another state is always a bit of a headache but Paul and Damien made the process more efficient and easier than any car we've bought locally. Cannot recommend these guys and this dealership enough. Would happily fly to Ohio to buy another car from them in the future. Super responsive and clear communication all the way through including the several days after the purchase while we waited for the transport company to come pickup the vehicle. They made the sure the car was detailed and stored indoors while waiting for the truck. 10/10. You will be very happy you chose this dealer for your purchase.

My experience was a pleasant one, as Daniel provided much information, yet did not pressure me to make the purchase. He encouraged test drives of both an automatic, and manual version of the car. The complete purchase process, including the signing of the paperwork went quickly and painlessly.

I was researching my first EV and wanted a 21-23 used model as my first one. During my research I noticed Price Pro was the only dealer within 150 miles that had a large selection and would allow me to test drive what I wanted. We wanted to test them with a booster seat so we could test my son's comfort in the back seat with it and they were very accommodating of us. We drove 100 miles to test drive these vehicles and I am very grateful that Price Pro was so great to work with. I did not end up making a purchase that day but I wold absolutely feel comfortable with buying a preowned EV from them in the future. There is no pressure to buy right away.
