Even though vehicle was delivered late the salesmen, finance rep, and most important the mechanics and detail crew stayed late to prep and deliver the vehicle in outstanding condition and what has to be record time. we were there less than two hours on delivery day. Highly recommend the Chandler OK patriot crew.

made an appointment to have our EDGE serviced.......we met with Matt who advised us it would take several days before the car could be serviced. The very next day we received a call from him to bring the car back....he arranged for a rental and the service began.....tire rotation and balance issues were addressed and corrected....GPS computer monitoring was completed....Matt treated us like family and made certain everything was working properly for our "long drive to New York." ... .he painstakingly synced our phones to the cars GPS and made sure everything was PERFECT before we left the lot...we are so appreciative of Matt's expertise and customer service!

This dealership and its personnel, especially Jesse Keys, keep demonstrating their excellence and truly exceptional customer service in every way. I've been coming here for nearly 5 years, and it keeps getting better. Jesse, the techs who worked on my car, and the shop foreman are all outstanding. They have been patient with me and my car concerning a major transmission issue and repair. Jesse has spent significant time to get the best outcome for me, and for that I could not be more grateful. He pulled out all the stops to take care of the customer. This dealership and Jesse provide luxury dealer service...the type of customer service I'd expect if I went to Mercedes or Lexus etc. I cannot recommend Subaru, Ferguson Subaru and Jesse Keys enough.

I always recommend the service team at Billingsley to all my friends and relatives. I think they are absolutely the best there is. They always know exactly what to do to fix my Lincoln no matter what the problem is. Even though I drive an older Lincoln Town Car (1999), they always treat me as if I am driving a brand new Lincoln. Also, whenever the repair is going to take more than a few hours to complete, they always offer another Lincoln to drive until my car is ready. They are always completely professional in all they do.

My two year relationship at Don Thornton VW service &parts. - Mitch

Let me start out by saying that I do not trust many dealerships. I usually prefer a local garage if I can’t fix something. I own three VW turbo diesel vehicles. Over the last two years I have developed a relationship with the service department that is very important to me. John the service manager and Matt the lead tech have more than earned my respect and trust. My early experience at don thorton led me to believe I was being lied to. I was not happy. After all nothing is cheap about a VW repair where ever you go. The service manager and the lead tech Matt took me back to the car and proved their case. Contrary to my impression They had gone out of their way to make my situation work! Then given the entirety of the information I realized the type of folks I was working with. Just hard working, honest, customer oriented service professionals. I not only was was happy but I return again and again. John is an excellent service manager. Who’s views on customer service is what I think we all wish everyone’s was. I once had traveled out of town in a remote area and after a VW of America upgrade caused a fault in the system Doss from service and a tech on a Saturday helped me to figure out what was going on and how to compensate for it. They didn’t have to do that. Some may say they shouldn’t have but my wife and young kids sure appreciated it. I love my VW TDI’s and John let me know on one of my service visits they were fixing the TDI emissions buy back cars and they were for sale again. I bought another VW TDI I. January. I have had great experience with parts, service and sales but if were not for John, Curtis, Doss, of service I would never have given sales or parts the chance. Well done. I initially was very nervous about using the Concierge Valet service. Genesis of Edmond picked up my G-80 from Lawton and brought a loaner to me. Steve the driver was professional and answered all my questions. Tanner, the Service Technician kept me informed of the status of the repairs. The vehicle was returned with a full tank of gas. Thank you, Genesis, for the great service and for giving me peace of mind that my G-80 is in good hands.
