All I can say is ,,, if you did not purchase the car at this dealership,,, you are treated very differently.
Customer service for a BMW is not a priority at this dealership
They may claim it is,, but actions speak louder than words.
They do not open until 8am,,, which most people would like to drop off there car before leaving for work.
They do not have a loaner car, like most higher end dealers.
To have a basic service,,, oil change takes the entire day.
And to speak to someone on the phone is impossible,,, one person runs the entire service department, leave a message,,,, great customer service.
