First New Vehicle Purchase after many years of service - Robert Monroe
We have been using O'Reilly Buick GMC for a number of years to service the family Buick. They were great on the service all those years so we had no qualms to give them the opportunity to sale us a new GMC. It also helped that O'Reilly was one of the few GMC dealerships in a 60 mile radius that had a few models with options we were shopping for. Jack McGrath provided an excellent review of all the features of the vehicle both on the lot and during the test drive. Ken Kovack worked the numbers to a favorable agreement for both parties. We went for lunch while the vehicle was inspected, washed and tags transferred from trade-in. Upon return, we signed the prepared paperwork and left with our new vehicle in about 5 hours which included lunch.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Marcos. I hope the GMC Star owners know what a great employee they have in Marcos. My wife and I found Marcos to be a gentleman, not a pushy salesman, Marcos is like a friend trying to help you make a decision. He is very knowledgeable about your products and answers all your questions honestly. We didn't hassle over price, although my wife did give him a hard time.. I now have a 2017 Denali in my garage. Not planning to buy a vehicle, just driving through the parking lot looking. Lindsay introduced herself and simply said, "if you see something you like just let me know". We found an unbelievable deal on a 2016 Chevy Silverado. I tracked Lindsay down in the parking lot and until the deal was closed, I am not sure who was more excited, her or us. Never once did I feel pressure to make a decision immediately. By the time we left with our new truck, we talked to about 5 different people in the dealership, all answering our questions and telling us stories and experiences and helping us navigate all the new technology in the truck. Never was anyone too busy to answer questions. Joel even managed to pull off the entire financing package in about a 1/2 hour so I could make to a class on time. Great overall experience!

After going to a few other dealers, and then stumbling onto Abeloff I thought I was dreaming.. Zero hassle zero pressure if they weren't wearing ties i wouldnt know they were salesman the whole experience was like buying a car from your friends or family they even entertained my 3 year old daughter.. Then they dropped an accessory off @ my house on there own personal time that wouldn't fit in the vehicle.. Who else would do that!!!!

Along with being very responsive to all my questions and concerns, this is the first time I have ever had a dealer representative tell me how to save more of my money, and for that reason, I will certainly do my best to make sure Mike gets not only my future business, but any other friends and family I can influence to call on him.

We recently purchased a new CRV for our daughters Birthday. We did our homework and went to a couple of dealerships, but Jones Honda, particularly Cristian our salesman, made us feel right at home. He did a fantastic job explaining the vehicle in detail to my daughter on her test drive! He was very patient and considerate, no pressure, while we were deciding between two vehicles. I had gotten a cheaper quote at another dealership but Cristian matched that without any question and made our family feel very comfortable with our buying experience. Also, made sure my daughter had a special Birthday with balloons on her car, she was so happy! Definitely will return!

This was my first experience with this dealership and I was pleasantly surprised. The price I was quoted over the internet for the SUV I inquired about never changed when I got to the dealership. Every other place I had gone to would change their story once I got there, can't give the incentive and 0%, you get one or the other...you know, the typical old song and dance everyone goes through. But at this place, I got both, the incentive and the 0% financing....and they gave me exactly what I thought my car was worth right from the start! It was my best car buying experience ever. I recommend them highly.

Sales experience was easy and salesmen are knowlegable abiut the GM vehicles they handle. Have a good selection for a small town, and will actually take time with the process and are transparent with price, accomodating customer needs without playng games all day.
Service appointments have been easy to schedule, and routine service is usually completed without delay. So far, wait times have been brief, although it's all been routine with no repairs. Staff is friendly and personable.

I found a truck I was interested in: a 2016 GMC Sierra 2500HD with a service body. I was in touch with the dealer for about a week, when I noticed that new dealer incentives made the price of the truck very attractive. I sent another email to Amanda Duffy, who supposedly verified the price and asked me to come in as some rebates were to expire the following business day. I came in that same day, spent a couple of hours checking out the truck (and waiting), just to find out that the price of the truck is actually $8,000 more than advertised or verified. Their contention is that the price of the truck was correct, they just "forgot" to include the "upfitter" of the regular bed to service body. They would not honor the advertised price and declined to accept the responsibility for their omission and misrepresentations. Very disappointed. Will not shop there again. Beware...just because you verify the price does not guarantee that this would be the actual price of your new vehicle. Deceptive or incompetent....either way, I will not shop here again.
