Our experience was truly exceptional. Ad people will say that a lot, but we mean it. From start to finish, the dealings were smooth. No pressure was put on us in any way, which can be a huge turn off at other dealerships. There was only an effort to answer questions and demonstrate the product.
In the end, we received a very good trade in value with our old car and a great price and value on our new vehicle. Closing our deal was a very smooth and clean experience. All questions were answered. This was the second car our family has purchased from O'Reilly and our second great experience. We have experienced the Service Department and know them to be a place that treats us like we were family.

I did not intend to buy a car on the day of my visit. I was looking around to see my options for a purchase in the next six months. I found the vehicle I had been wanting and at a decent price with low miles. The salesman was super helpful and not "pushy". I left to look at other vehicles and returned the same day to purchase the vehicle I had originally seen. I drove it home the next day. My car buying experience was easy and enjoyable.

I entered the facility and I was greeted within seconds by a representative of the dealership. He asked how could they assist me, when I responded I was seriously interested in purchasing a new car he introduced me to Charlie not by yelling across the room but by escorting me to his desk making introductions and both graciously asking if they could get me some hot coffee (it was a dreary cold rainy day). Never once was did I perceive I was being treated any different being a woman arriving solo. Although offered an alternative upgrade model and test drive, I passed knowing exactly what I wanted. My negotiations were respected and attention to each required option detail during ordering my new car was impressive. Holly was informed of my purchase and she made it a point to walk across the sales floor and extend a handshake and a thank you for my repeat purchases through Star. I have a great deal of respect for her as a business woman she has retained humility and is a great role model.

Not planning to buy a vehicle, just driving through the parking lot looking. Lindsay introduced herself and simply said, "if you see something you like just let me know". We found an unbelievable deal on a 2016 Chevy Silverado. I tracked Lindsay down in the parking lot and until the deal was closed, I am not sure who was more excited, her or us. Never once did I feel pressure to make a decision immediately. By the time we left with our new truck, we talked to about 5 different people in the dealership, all answering our questions and telling us stories and experiences and helping us navigate all the new technology in the truck. Never was anyone too busy to answer questions. Joel even managed to pull off the entire financing package in about a 1/2 hour so I could make to a class on time. Great overall experience!

Tried two other GMC dealers to get an issue fixed and both were unsuccessful. Abeloff got it done quickly and more importantly it was done right and at a reasonable cost. Great communication throughout the process as well which I feel other dealers struggle with.

This was my first experience with this dealership and I was pleasantly surprised. The price I was quoted over the internet for the SUV I inquired about never changed when I got to the dealership. Every other place I had gone to would change their story once I got there, can't give the incentive and 0%, you get one or the other...you know, the typical old song and dance everyone goes through. But at this place, I got both, the incentive and the 0% financing....and they gave me exactly what I thought my car was worth right from the start! It was my best car buying experience ever. I recommend them highly.

Sales experience was easy and salesmen are knowlegable abiut the GM vehicles they handle. Have a good selection for a small town, and will actually take time with the process and are transparent with price, accomodating customer needs without playng games all day.
Service appointments have been easy to schedule, and routine service is usually completed without delay. So far, wait times have been brief, although it's all been routine with no repairs. Staff is friendly and personable.

Kenny Ross Buick GMC in North Huntingdon is where I purchased my new Buick Encore! I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service that I received from Cody Reagan in the sales Department and John Naretto. The Encore that I wanted was not on the lot and I told Cody exactly what I wanted and within a day or 2 the car was there and ready for me to purchase. What a great car buying experience!
Deceptive or Incompetent - pawel
I found a truck I was interested in: a 2016 GMC Sierra 2500HD with a service body. I was in touch with the dealer for about a week, when I noticed that new dealer incentives made the price of the truck very attractive. I sent another email to Amanda Duffy, who supposedly verified the price and asked me to come in as some rebates were to expire the following business day. I came in that same day, spent a couple of hours checking out the truck (and waiting), just to find out that the price of the truck is actually $8,000 more than advertised or verified. Their contention is that the price of the truck was correct, they just "forgot" to include the "upfitter" of the regular bed to service body. They would not honor the advertised price and declined to accept the responsibility for their omission and misrepresentations. Very disappointed. Will not shop there again. Beware...just because you verify the price does not guarantee that this would be the actual price of your new vehicle. Deceptive or incompetent....either way, I will not shop here again.
