I was looking for a car very quickly and I spotted one online. I work across the road and I was invited to run over and check the car out immediately. All of my questions were answered very fast and honest, and I ended up with a payment I was looking for. The entire process was smooth and complete with zero hassle. Mike Yerger took the time to go above and beyond to get my trade in over to the dealer, and took extra time to go over every feature on the vehicle with me. This was by far the best experience I have had buying a car, and Mike made the entire process actually enjoyable. Thank you to the Kelly team, but especially to Mike for all his help and assistance. The experience of buying my new car was completely painless, mainly due to the sales person Steve Napoli.
He took the time to help us through the features of the car and was able to make me feel completely comfortable that he knew what I was looking for and was not just trying to fit me into something he had in stock.
The business manager, Mark, was also very pleasant and really put us at ease through the process.
Lastly, Steve invited us back next day and again went through all the car features and set up so that he was happy all was in order.
I would recommend this dealership without any hesitation and in particular, Steve, for the atmosphere they create while you are on site.

Repair of collision damage on my 2012 Chev. Colorado - Alan Harris
I gave Smith Gray collision center 5 stars. First, Jennifer, the body shop rep who helped me, was very courteous and informative as she started the process of evaluating the condition of my truck. Second, she was very efficient in sharing information with me about the necessary procedures and the scheduling that was needed to complete the work. It did not take her long at all to prepare the paper work that I was to need to take with me. Third, she was willing to answer the few questions that I presented to her relating to the whole process for the week, including the direct information I needed to get a rental car from Enterprise Rental. During the time they were working on my truck, I had to call a couple of times to the collision center. Each time, Jennifer answered my questions very well. Today when I went over to the center to get my truck, Jennifer had all the paper work ready and all I had to do was sign my name, pay my deductible, and be on my way. All went well!

This was my first experience with this dealership and I was pleasantly surprised. The price I was quoted over the internet for the SUV I inquired about never changed when I got to the dealership. Every other place I had gone to would change their story once I got there, can't give the incentive and 0%, you get one or the other...you know, the typical old song and dance everyone goes through. But at this place, I got both, the incentive and the 0% financing....and they gave me exactly what I thought my car was worth right from the start! It was my best car buying experience ever. I recommend them highly.

Sales experience was easy and salesmen are knowlegable abiut the GM vehicles they handle. Have a good selection for a small town, and will actually take time with the process and are transparent with price, accomodating customer needs without playng games all day.
Service appointments have been easy to schedule, and routine service is usually completed without delay. So far, wait times have been brief, although it's all been routine with no repairs. Staff is friendly and personable.

Kenny Ross Buick GMC in North Huntingdon is where I purchased my new Buick Encore! I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service that I received from Cody Reagan in the sales Department and John Naretto. The Encore that I wanted was not on the lot and I told Cody exactly what I wanted and within a day or 2 the car was there and ready for me to purchase. What a great car buying experience!

BEWARE! I bought a 2015 GMC Sierra Denali HD with the duramax at a reasonable price. Then it all went down hill from there! Don't ever buy a car from or use the service department of this dealership! They are xxxx and deceive and rob you every chance they get. They can't even do the required maintenance from GMC properly. They never filled my DEF fluid up when I bought it or any time I brought it in for service. They took it upon themselves to change my oil at 2000 and 4000 miles just so they could charge GMC for the service even though I didn't need it and only needed the exhaust fluid they never filled to begin with! In doing this they used up my free oil changes for two years in 14 months. Gmc and be owner of this dealership will be receiving nasty emails pointing this out to them also. If I could they would receive a negative star review.
