Came here for service. Had to get my car inspected. At start was a bit of a hassle but I am thankful for the auto tech Angelika Gines. She inspected by car, she was motivated and very helpful. And was honest with recommendations. That's rare in this business. I thank Angelika Gines for the work and the honesty. I recommend if you get service done to car ask for Angelika Gines, she can be trusted!

I was greeted as soon as I walked into the service area. Service desk attendant Kylie Samsel was polite and addressed all my questions and concerns. She kept me informed through out the entire visit with any delay with a personal visit to the lounge with the delay time and why there was a delay.I was offered a complimentary car wash and got an estimate on the value of my car too. She escorted me to check out where she went over the work details and and total bill. I would highly recommend this dealership for service.

Had an 11:00 service appointment for state inspection. Jennifer Bross had everything lined up when I arrived at drive thru. I went to the showroom and was pleasantly greeted and asked if I needed anything. Took my time looking at all the new models and before I knew it, Jennifer located me and told me what I needed. Not long after that my car was ready and I was on my way. Granted, I have a 2019 CRV with 32K, and I didn’t expect anything major today,but the way I was treated always keeps me coming back. This was my third service appt with Collin Finkel. As with the earlier two, it went perfectly. Recognizing the time required, Collin met me on arrival with a brand new Lexus to use as a loaner for the day. Upon return, the paperwork awaited my signature;all had been taken care of and the work done to my complete satisfaction. I was impressed to say the least, and on my way home in minutes. Clearly, I recommend him as a highly competent service rep or I wouldn't be taking the time to write this.
