Previous experiences have been good. Most recent on Friday 4/18/25 no communication.
Got a loaner while getting an oil sensor light replaced in my car. Justin was the service rep. I dropped off the car at 8:15 am. Got a call from Justin at 10:30 saying they have the part so car should be able to be done today. Got no other word so I called back at 5 & then Justin told me my car would not be done today. He said he called - I did not get any calls or voicemails. I asked him to check the number. I then asked what time could I tomorrow; he said the car will not be worked on tomorrow so would probably be done Monday. Was helpful I had the loaner, but I was not asked when I dropped off my vehicle if it was okay if they needed to keep the car for the weekend. On Monday, I did not get any calls or messages so I called mid afternoon & he said the car was ready. He was not there when I picked up the car but I was able to confirm with the cashier that my correct contact number is in the system. I was also told on Friday during the 10:30 call that the cost would be $630, the bill was greater.
