If you are purchasing a used vehicle take your time looking it over outside, inside, and under. All used vehicles are sold as-is with no warranties offered. Immediately after sale was final walking out of dealership I noticed exhaust bracket was broken. They did take care of that but took over an hour to have this corrected. Once home and was able to get vehicle in the air we discovered another $1000+ worth of work that has to be done (AC compressor leaking oil, and either a bad sending unit for the oil pressure or possible blockage in oiling system, yet to be determined). Other than that the staff are very friendly.

My wife and I were looking for a vehicle with a 3rd row and I dealt with Kelly Sanders and he was able to find the vehicle we were looking for within our budget. Christina handled the finance and went over the warranty they offer. She provided the information and let us decide if we wanted to get the extended warranty without forcing it on us - which we did get the warranty. We also had our 3 year old, who can be wild at times, and they catered to him with ease. We didn't feel pressured and it was a comfortable experience buying a car from Saluda Motor Sales.

Traci was helping me on a Dodge Charger SE. When I went up there to look at it Traci was not there but Lee was more than happy to show me the car. I decided that car was not for me so Lee showed me a Dodge Charger SXT which I loved and eventually purchased. The price was a liitle more than I wanted to spend but Traci wouldn't give up and we came to a compromise and I am very happy.

This is the absolute worst car dealership. Horrible experience. constantly jerking me back and forth and unable to give a straight answer about anything. called to say I was coming for a certain car only for them to tell me another employee bought it after I drove an hour to get there. Then they call me the next day to say that they didn't buy it and they just didn't know what was going on. Told them it would be the next day before i could make the trip back . The next day I called about coming to get the car and they lead me on an hour and a half long journey on the telephone on whether they actually had the car or not. the sales team seems completely unaware of anything that is going on and does not mind wasting your time. completely unprofessional. I have never seen business conducted in such a manner.

First off service advice I habe felt with is great, Greg did not do anything wrong at all very nice guy. Called to make appointment to get a campaign done that I received in the mail in my 2016 ram 3500. Brought the truck in on the appointed date. Repairs in letter from ram said a 2 hour repair. That was not the case. On day 3 the campaign was finished. Then I was told the other concerned I had when I made the appointment needed parts to fix the issue. ( Why were parts not ordered on the first Day? Especially when it was noted that there may a issue.) So them the next day comes around and still no truck. After I reach out to service department yet again for a update I get a response of the parts that were ordered came in danger so it will be tomorrow b4 we get more. So the folding day I yet again to reach out to find out what going on with my truck. Finally I was told it us fixed and ready to pick up. So I go pick the truck up and drive home. I get home a begin to look at truck, I notice oil/ greasy had prints in many locations on the truck, the notice the is oil dripping from oil pan,also dripping from transmission pan, she'll that was not all. I then look under the hood to find more issues, oil all over the engine compartment, then to set me off the splash shield they had to take out to perform the exhaust leak issue is now missing clips/ bolts. The exhaust leak issue I had is now is more noticeable than when I dropped it off. The response I got from service department was I habe to words for what has happened but I can have my manager call you on Monday since he is in vacation. They were nice enough to give me a rental car while the truck was now, I got a little jeep compass(keep in mind I drive a 4 door 4wd long bed dually) since truck was not done by Thursday I had to not leave for vacation like planed, jeep compass don't pull a 11 pound camper. Still didn't get truck back until 4pm Friday so yet another vacation day was wasted, and had to cancel it period. Horrible experience

Worst service department ever! I ordered a spare key when I purchased my Jeep and had to call 3 separate times because no one could identify the order for the key! Was told twice they would call me right back and I had to call the next day...to then talk to another person who had no clue what was going on. When I finally made an appointment to get the key programmed to my car they told me it would take 45 minutes to an hour. I arrived at 9 am for my appointment and 2 hours later I asked how much longer and they told me 30 more minutes. They said the amount of time they told me was based on when they started working on the car and it didn't matter that I made an appointment because they had other cars to service before mine.

He even went the extra mile to do some research for us to inquire about an aftermarket DVD insulation into this minivan. Even though we did not purchase a vehicle yet and we are continuing our search, I just wanted to give a kudos to this dealership and especially to Mike Koenig for his excellent customer service skills on a job-well-done.

Terrible. Called and was told I could get the same deal on a jeep Cherokee that I was quoted a month and 5 days prior without pulling my credit once again ( qualified for 0% the month before ) to find out when I get there they do need to pull again because I was 5 days too late. After pulling credit was given price quote on exact same vehicle as month before but this time it was $3000 more along with my trade being $500 less making what was a $400 a month payment then now somewhere between $450-$475. What a waste of time and a rip off.

Ran my credit even though I had a pre approved. Lied that they weren't going to run it. Did not detail car after buying it. Tried to get me to sign approval that was way out of my pre approved range. Did not register my car with NC.
Temporary tags expired and left me without a car. Said I needed a inspection even though cars bought in Sc from NC residents don't need one till the following year.
Worst dealer on the planet. Do not shop here. Unless your the type that would love free oil changes for life for your electric car as they offered me....

When it comes to selling anything, the name of the game is customer service. This dealership does not believe in customer service unless they make a rediculous profit off of it. If you want to drive home happy with what you've have gotten then do not purchase from this dealership. The sales representatives only want to sell you what they want to get rid of. They do not care what car you are looking for. They don't care what your price range is. They will not give you a good deal or even a fair deal. All they care about is how much money they can make off of you and they are looking to make the most money possible. You can't even reason with the managers in sales or accounting because they will only smile when they are bending you over and jump down your throat when you know what they are trying to do to you. They act like spoiled children when they don't get what they want and they will not work with you unless it means they are making a huge profit.
Do not buy anything from this dealership. They will always leave with a horrible taste in your mouth and make you feel like you were ripped off.

While waiting to take possession of my just purchased vehicle a previous customer approached the salesman and complained. I didn't think too much about until the salesman Bernard English told the previous customer to step outside and they would settle this . It seems that they were going to fight in the sales lot. I took my documents and left. This was on 03.03.2017, and I still have not picked up the vehicle and I will not pick up the vehicle.I have tried many times to contact this dealership by the telephone but I always get a message from the INTERNET GUY. RUN while you can....UNITED AUTO SALES WHERE YOU GONNA GET IT....bought another truck the same day at another real Dealership.

All 4 of them can LIE don't have your Chrysler 300 air conditioner fix b/c you will never ride in it again. Christian will keep lying telling you we are going to fix your car and she will keep on lying until she will have to give you your money back and your car still is not fix.I rate them a BIG FAT 0!!!!!!!!!!. take your car somewhere else.My over all rating of the service center is a 0 but it is not on here so i will give them a 1 they do not need that.
