The first thing I look at when I enter any business is how well the customer service atmosphere is. I wasn't there even for 2 minutes and I had two people approach me to ask if I needed assistance. The Customer Service was top notch. The person I worked with Daniel Holbrook was exceptionally kind and caring to work with me. He listened to what I could afford, what I couldn't afford and worked with me. There was no pressure which was noticed first thing. I have always heard of stories about how the dealership representatives always try to push you to your limit and get you to submit to them and pressure you into purchasing a vehicle at the price they want you to pay. So I entered the dealership with my game face on. I was ready to go all out on the offensive. I never was pressured which was noticed instantly. I will do business with again once I hit the lottery and get some money together. Oh and not to mention, I got a very good deal on a new vehicle, they did work with me on the price. And no, they didn't pay me to write this either. I want to thank Dan Holbrook for making me smile, for allowing me to obtain my dream car that I have wanted for years and years. A 2017 Dodge Charger. I went to test drive the Wrangler, not expecting to buy it. Everyone I dealt with was very supportive and helpful. In less than 3 hours I was walking out the proud owner of the Jeep with my payments very close to what I had hoped could happen.

I visited a number of dealerships in the quest to find the perfect jeep. During my visits most dealerships provided that same "car dealer" experience that I expected. Then I found the jeep I was looking for at Stateline Chrysler Jeep Dodge. My goal was to purchase this vehicle and have the dealership also perform some modifications to the jeep. For the most part my experience was pretty ordinary until Jeff Taylor got involved. His expertise and attention to detail transformed this experience from ordinary to incredible. He definitely went above and beyond in every aspect of this process and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership if you are looking to purchase a jeep. If you want to have any modifications done....you have to see Jeff at Stateline!!

Have had engine light problems with my Cherokee and had to take it back 3 times to get it fixed. First time it came back on the next day. Took it back and waited almost 2 hours only to be told it wasn't fixed and I had to bring it back but it would only "take 10 minutes" once they had the part. Brought it back and took another hour. Complete lack of concern for customers time and making things right.

I don't like writing bad reviews, I'm not mad , very disappointed. I bought a new Dart from this dealership and had problems out of the car. Took the car to the dealership to be fixed. The manger Wes Hall said he would make it right or I can trade it in.i test drove at jeep and loved it, but wasn't sure if I really wanted to trade and start over again, this was Saturday. After thinking about what I was going to do , I've been calling the manger for 2 days now and he still hasn't returned my call, I have left lots of voice mails to his phone , no returns, even called my sales man Antonio , no calls back. Called all day Monday, they said Wes was in meetings, don't believe the meetings was all day. Here it is Tuesday, been calling, still no return calls . I want my Dart fixed!!!! These two men didn't keep their word. As long as I was in the dealership everyone was friendly and nice, but when you leave don't expect anything. Your as good as your word, a manger should keep his word and return calls,if your that busy then you should be at a bigger dealership for the most top sales manger.. They said they would make it right, still haven't heard anything.

Terrible. Called and was told I could get the same deal on a jeep Cherokee that I was quoted a month and 5 days prior without pulling my credit once again ( qualified for 0% the month before ) to find out when I get there they do need to pull again because I was 5 days too late. After pulling credit was given price quote on exact same vehicle as month before but this time it was $3000 more along with my trade being $500 less making what was a $400 a month payment then now somewhere between $450-$475. What a waste of time and a rip off.

This place is terrible and full of liars. We were told and promised payments of $360-$380.
We went and sold our truck through a private sale because we were going to purchase a car from here as we could afford those payments of $360-$380
When we returned from said sale, we were told they could do nothing better than $445. We wasted a whole day and are now car-less.
And the guy who promised us the lower payments wouldn't even face us when we came back, he sent another lady in to do his bidding. WHAT A JOKE

On 7/15/16 i purchased a 2004 jeep gran Cherokee, I had a very very great salesman his name is Doug, he is actually the best salesman that I have ever had during the purchase of my vehicles. I would recommend to anyone if you are looking to purchase a car New or Used, the Hoover dealer ship in Moncks Corner have the best guy that you would want to deal with. I appreciate all the help from Doug, and i recommend him to you.

Do not make a service appointment online. I made a service appointment online to have my Hyundai repaired for Saturday at 11 AM. When I arrived I was told by a less than friendly repair rep that it was "Chrysler day" and they were only working on Chryslers. So why did you confirm my appointment. The service people are so rude and spend their time walking around glaring at you when you are waiting. Do not take your car here!
