He brought out a couple of keys and he walked us through all the features and got to know us. He was professional, fast, and upfront about everything. I visited a number of dealerships in the quest to find the perfect jeep. During my visits most dealerships provided that same "car dealer" experience that I expected. Then I found the jeep I was looking for at Stateline Chrysler Jeep Dodge. My goal was to purchase this vehicle and have the dealership also perform some modifications to the jeep. For the most part my experience was pretty ordinary until Jeff Taylor got involved. His expertise and attention to detail transformed this experience from ordinary to incredible. He definitely went above and beyond in every aspect of this process and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership if you are looking to purchase a jeep. I went to get my car checked out before warranty expired (only a 30 day warranty on car) the car had excellent low mileage 2010 Subaru only 25.000 miles I just knew I had a good deal the car kept cutting off on me and had to have it boosted I took the car in so they could see what the problem was the service department told me they were booked there was no way they could check it out so I explained to the person that my warranty would be out and I wanted to get it fixed he said i will make you an appointment and but a note on your file of when you brought it in and it will be no problem I said ok as long as it will be fixed so he made the appointment and I took car back on my appointment date I signed in and off to the customer lounge I went Service manager comes in and tells me my warranty expired and I would need to pay them 65.00 to put it on the machine to test so they could see what was wrong with it and tell me how much it would cost to fix it I said no sir please look in my file and you will see the note in the file They would not touch it without the used car manager's ok and said that I would need to call him and I said I'm sure It's just a mix up to save my spot I would go up front and speak with him. That was the rudest person that I ever tried to talk with I told him what happened so he said let me call down there he hangs up the phone and tell's me if I want it fixed I would pay the 65.00 to see what was wrong with it U said sir it's not my fault they were to booked to see me before warranty expired and he told me I should have gotten up earlier I told him to look at there log I was there @7:30 and he told me that wasnt his problem I have never been so embarrassed or mad in my life And no they did not fix it

I have had several dodge cars and trucks. When you go to this dealer ship you always have problems. I took my new jeep in for its first oil change. The jeep cost 42, 000. I got in on a Saturday and got in at 8:30 AM. I was asked if I had a appointment....??? I said I did not know you needed a appointment. She said you don't so I gave her the keys and watched everyone come in after me and get there car in as I waited. I was still there at 11:30 AM and had to ask what was going on..! She told me, my car was next and would be ready very soon. There were people in the waiting room waiting since 8:00 AM...I would NEVER go back to this place again. I had other cars and have had problems with service on every visit. They tell you anything when you are buying the car but it stops there. Go to Greer to get you next car. Terrible. Called and was told I could get the same deal on a jeep Cherokee that I was quoted a month and 5 days prior without pulling my credit once again ( qualified for 0% the month before ) to find out when I get there they do need to pull again because I was 5 days too late. After pulling credit was given price quote on exact same vehicle as month before but this time it was $3000 more along with my trade being $500 less making what was a $400 a month payment then now somewhere between $450-$475. What a waste of time and a rip off.

Bought a brand new jeep Sahara from them although it was a demo they assured me it was new. 2 days later I decided I didn't want the demo I wanted another new one. They would not exchange it an within a week I started having trouble with the heated seats an the radio. Then we find a pair of used women's under ware in the back of the seat. I called the sales manager an the general manager trying to resolve these issues an they act like they don't won't to talk to me an they won't return my messages. This place is a JOKE!!!!!!!

On 7/15/16 i purchased a 2004 jeep gran Cherokee, I had a very very great salesman his name is Doug, he is actually the best salesman that I have ever had during the purchase of my vehicles. I would recommend to anyone if you are looking to purchase a car New or Used, the Hoover dealer ship in Moncks Corner have the best guy that you would want to deal with. Do not make a service appointment online. I made a service appointment online to have my Hyundai repaired for Saturday at 11 AM. When I arrived I was told by a less than friendly repair rep that it was "Chrysler day" and they were only working on Chryslers. So why did you confirm my appointment. The service people are so rude and spend their time walking around glaring at you when you are waiting. Do not take your car here!
