Was looking for a better car when we got there at first couldn't work something out so me and my son left and got half way back to Anderson when I got a call from Angel saying come back we got an approval so I turned around and went back and left with the car I wanted so that is why he went above and beyond the call of duty.

Got there on the 1st day and was immediately offered a test drive. Even though the vehicle that I wanted was not there, they were able to source it the following day I went in. They worked diligently with us to come to a mutually satisfying purchase agreement. Everyone there is pleasant and it makes for a great car buying experience. The Sales Rep Jon Byrum, was very pleasant to work with and was with me every step of the way, right until the signing of the last document. Cannot get better customer service than that. Really appreciated it.

I had a very good & easy experience at this dealership working with Lou Davis. They did not have the jeep I originally wanted on the lot. So he took the time to find it elsewhere and schedule to have it shipped in for me. He ended up showing me another jeep on the lot that I liked better & since I live an hour outside of Myrtle Beach he has all the paperwork & comparisons of the two cars ready and waiting for me when I got there. I felt like he was very straight forward and honest which I appreciated. My dad will be going back to him when he's ready to purchase a new jeep in the near future. Overall, my first experience with buying a new car went very smoothly & I would highly recommend working with Lou Davis at this dealership.

We were looking for a new car and did not know where to start. Nadine was very patient with us as we began the process of selection. She made us aware of several options and left the decision to us (a very considerate move in our opinion). After our selection of the Jeep Cherokee, she gave us her best in explaining the workings of the Jeep Cherokee. We were quite satisfied with her professional methodology and all that she did to help us. We needed all the help, and she was quite willing to share her knowledge of the automobile in question. She will definitely be sought after when we need to purchase our next vehicle there.

I visited a number of dealerships in the quest to find the perfect jeep. During my visits most dealerships provided that same "car dealer" experience that I expected. Then I found the jeep I was looking for at Stateline Chrysler Jeep Dodge. My goal was to purchase this vehicle and have the dealership also perform some modifications to the jeep. For the most part my experience was pretty ordinary until Jeff Taylor got involved. His expertise and attention to detail transformed this experience from ordinary to incredible. He definitely went above and beyond in every aspect of this process and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership if you are looking to purchase a jeep. If you want to have any modifications done....you have to see Jeff at Stateline!!

Had to reschedule to get some nitpicky things fixed on a brand new Durango. I did not mind doing so because they let me know in advance that they were short handed that day. They have not called back yet to set up a follow up appointment (3days later).

My experience was great. They have many vehicles to choose from! Even though they are not a USAA certified dealer, they matched the prices I got from USAA. All I had to do was bring in my USAA true car certificates, no haggling involved! If you are a USAA member please stop by this dealership before you purchase a vehicle. Ali Varner from from Internet Sales was super helpful! She responded immediately to texts and emails. Justin Hauglum was very knowledgeable and friendly. Every vehicle I asked to look at came straight from the car wash ready to be driven. I never had a better experience from a dealership! Next time I need to buy a vehicle, I know exactly where I am going to buy it.

Terrible. Called and was told I could get the same deal on a jeep Cherokee that I was quoted a month and 5 days prior without pulling my credit once again ( qualified for 0% the month before ) to find out when I get there they do need to pull again because I was 5 days too late. After pulling credit was given price quote on exact same vehicle as month before but this time it was $3000 more along with my trade being $500 less making what was a $400 a month payment then now somewhere between $450-$475. What a waste of time and a rip off.

Bought a brand new jeep Sahara from them although it was a demo they assured me it was new. 2 days later I decided I didn't want the demo I wanted another new one. They would not exchange it an within a week I started having trouble with the heated seats an the radio. Then we find a pair of used women's under ware in the back of the seat. I called the sales manager an the general manager trying to resolve these issues an they act like they don't won't to talk to me an they won't return my messages. This place is a JOKE!!!!!!!

On 7/15/16 i purchased a 2004 jeep gran Cherokee, I had a very very great salesman his name is Doug, he is actually the best salesman that I have ever had during the purchase of my vehicles. I would recommend to anyone if you are looking to purchase a car New or Used, the Hoover dealer ship in Moncks Corner have the best guy that you would want to deal with. Do not make a service appointment online. I made a service appointment online to have my Hyundai repaired for Saturday at 11 AM. When I arrived I was told by a less than friendly repair rep that it was "Chrysler day" and they were only working on Chryslers. So why did you confirm my appointment. The service people are so rude and spend their time walking around glaring at you when you are waiting. Do not take your car here!

The service department is the absolute worst I have never had an experience so bad in my life.I would mot go back there ever. They make sure you can't keep to the terms of the customer for life program so they can cancel it on you. I can't say enough how unhappy I am.
