This was the best buying experience I have had in quite some time and it renewed my faith in USAA's car buying service. I initially went in to see Craig Paro to take a look at their stock of Wrangler Unlimited Jeeps. There was only one that met all the criteria I was looking for and while I wasn't a fan of the color at first, it grew on me. There was no pressure to buy right then and there like other dealerships. I walked away that day, went to other lots, went home, did more research, and slept on it. I set up a follow on appointment with Mr. Paro for this morning, test drove the Wrangler and an hour later I was driving home with my new Wrangler Unlimited Chief. I was upside down on my trade-in, but they worked the numbers and the bottom line was still a fair price compared to other Jeeps on the market or even straight from the Jeep Website. Overall great experience!

I decided that car was not for me so Lee showed me a Dodge Charger SXT which I loved and eventually purchased. The price was a liitle more than I wanted to spend but Traci wouldn't give up and we came to a compromise and I am very happy.

Worst service department ever! I ordered a spare key when I purchased my Jeep and had to call 3 separate times because no one could identify the order for the key! Was told twice they would call me right back and I had to call the next day...to then talk to another person who had no clue what was going on. When I finally made an appointment to get the key programmed to my car they told me it would take 45 minutes to an hour. I arrived at 9 am for my appointment and 2 hours later I asked how much longer and they told me 30 more minutes. They said the amount of time they told me was based on when they started working on the car and it didn't matter that I made an appointment because they had other cars to service before mine.

I purchased my first vehicle from a dealer here. 2015 Silverado. I had done my research prior to arriving and thought I had a pretty good understanding. Unfortunately for me, I don't think I did quite enough. My experience with the dealership was great but I honestly believe I could have gotten a better deal in the end, at least some free oil changes.
All staff I worked with were very courteous and answered all my questions but I feel a lot of the financing was kind of rushed through and I found some details after I left than I did not understand.

Mid march, I bought a new 2017 Dodge Journey. Customer service was great at first, until I signed the papers & walked away.. the day after, I noticed a noise coming from under the car that sounded like a metal on metal rattling noise. I crawled under the car & had my girlfriend gently rev the engine up to around 1,500 rpm to duplicate the noise. I checked all the clamps holding the exhaust up & everything. Mind you, I live in Greer. I dropped it off one morning for them to look at. My service guy (barret) called me back saying they couldn't duplicate the noise. Now, this particular gentleman has been very nice, don't get me wrong. Anyway, I went back to the dealership to take a technician out for a ride since he "couldn't duplicate the noise." He ended up hearing it & proceeded to tell me it was normal for this car. I asked him how it was normal, & he just said it was. So I said, "when we get back to the dealership, let's take another brand new Dodge Journey for a ride so you can show me this is normal." He said he'd put it back on the rack & take another look. 2 minutes later, my service guy came out & said it needed a new resonator. What gets me is if someone with little mechanical knowledge was told that was normal, they'd say "okay" & leave it at that. It really bugs me that they seem to not care about their customers. That's just the beginning. A few days later, I drove on the highway for the first time. At about 65mph, the car just bounces along fairly rough. When you get up to about 80, you can really feel it in the seat, steering wheel & while your feet are on the floor. I drove from Greer once again, & they told me 2 tires were out of balance. Driver side steer tire, & passenger side drive tire. I went to go pick it up, & Veronica told me if that didn't fix it, to bring it back in. I leave the dealer, drive 2 miles to the highway, & bounce down the highway to my house. Immediately I call them back. They set me up with another appointment. I dropped it back off a few days later. They call me. "We couldn't duplicate the issue." "It seems to drive fine in the highway." Now, I filled up my car in Greer before getting on the highway. I reset my trip A after I filled up. I drove 14.8 mikes to the dealer. They call me later that day, saying it drove fine. They said they took it out on the highway & everything seems fine. I got back in my car, checked the trip A just out of curiosity, & they put .8 miles on the car. Remember, I told you before it was 2 miles to the highway in the first place. So they lied when they told me they drove it out on the highway. After another appointment, they diagnosed an out of round rear tire & rim. The replaced the tire & rim. Took it back on he highway, & IT WAS STILL BOUNCING. I finally said enough is enough with these people. They either don't know what they're doing, or they couldn't care any less about the quality of their vehicles or their customers' concerns. Once they recieve their check, you don't even exist to them anymore. I had to miss countless hours of work to keep dropping it off. I also had to find rides to & from Spartanburg each time. I used too much gas for something that could have been fixed a first try. I took it over to Benson Dodge in Greer. They diagnose 2 bad rear tires. Yes, the "new" tire that Spartanburg put on was bad. Unbelievable. The amount of gas & time out of work during my day to deal with this people is sickening. I recommend that no one EVER go to this dealership to buy a car, or get it serviced. I forgot to mention that it was impossible to get ANYONE to call me back. This place is nothing but a joke. So please, save yourself a ton of hassle, & go to Benson Dodge in Greer. The level of on unprofessionalism that this entire dealership represents is quite comical. It's a wonder that they're still in business. I will never be stepping foot on their lot again, & I will make sure everyone I know will do the same thing. - Colby Mihalchick

Terrible. Called and was told I could get the same deal on a jeep Cherokee that I was quoted a month and 5 days prior without pulling my credit once again ( qualified for 0% the month before ) to find out when I get there they do need to pull again because I was 5 days too late. After pulling credit was given price quote on exact same vehicle as month before but this time it was $3000 more along with my trade being $500 less making what was a $400 a month payment then now somewhere between $450-$475. What a waste of time and a rip off.

When it comes to selling anything, the name of the game is customer service. This dealership does not believe in customer service unless they make a rediculous profit off of it. If you want to drive home happy with what you've have gotten then do not purchase from this dealership. The sales representatives only want to sell you what they want to get rid of. They do not care what car you are looking for. They don't care what your price range is. They will not give you a good deal or even a fair deal. All they care about is how much money they can make off of you and they are looking to make the most money possible. You can't even reason with the managers in sales or accounting because they will only smile when they are bending you over and jump down your throat when you know what they are trying to do to you. They act like spoiled children when they don't get what they want and they will not work with you unless it means they are making a huge profit.
Do not buy anything from this dealership. They will always leave with a horrible taste in your mouth and make you feel like you were ripped off.

While waiting to take possession of my just purchased vehicle a previous customer approached the salesman and complained. I didn't think too much about until the salesman Bernard English told the previous customer to step outside and they would settle this . It seems that they were going to fight in the sales lot. I took my documents and left. This was on 03.03.2017, and I still have not picked up the vehicle and I will not pick up the vehicle.I have tried many times to contact this dealership by the telephone but I always get a message from the INTERNET GUY. RUN while you can....UNITED AUTO SALES WHERE YOU GONNA GET IT....bought another truck the same day at another real Dealership.

On 7/15/16 i purchased a 2004 jeep gran Cherokee, I had a very very great salesman his name is Doug, he is actually the best salesman that I have ever had during the purchase of my vehicles. I would recommend to anyone if you are looking to purchase a car New or Used, the Hoover dealer ship in Moncks Corner have the best guy that you would want to deal with. Do not make a service appointment online. I made a service appointment online to have my Hyundai repaired for Saturday at 11 AM. When I arrived I was told by a less than friendly repair rep that it was "Chrysler day" and they were only working on Chryslers. So why did you confirm my appointment. The service people are so rude and spend their time walking around glaring at you when you are waiting. Do not take your car here!
