We recently purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee at McKinney Dodge and could not be more pleased with our experience. We traded in two used vehicles and received more than far offers on our trade-ins. We also felt we received a very far price on the Jeep we went home with. We had done our research and knew what our bottom line price would be to be fair to us and the dealership. We had visited a dealership before who did not accept our offer then visited McKinney who made it work. Very happy to be able to do business with McKinney and would recommend to everyone.

We have had some unfortunate experience prior at other dealers but this dealership had no short comings. Traci was helping me on a Dodge Charger SE. When I went up there to look at it Traci was not there but Lee was more than happy to show me the car. I decided that car was not for me so Lee showed me a Dodge Charger SXT which I loved and eventually purchased. The price was a liitle more than I wanted to spend but Traci wouldn't give up and we came to a compromise and I am very happy.

My front end was crashed in an accident.My car has issues since then.They checked it once and said it was fine.I had a 2nd opinion from a very reputable co.They informed me that my car does have issues that this dealership isnt willing to acknowledge.That service manager John is a problem.Some employees knows what's going on but they fear for their job.He isn't doing that dealership any justice.My advice is DONOT CARRY Your vehicle there unless you want to be stressed and deal with very uncaring people once they get your money.By the way my car is suppose to be under warranty at this moment.They don't care!!!!!I pray to God the main person over this dealership gets interested and deal with ALL O F THE PROBLEMS THERE.!!!!This is my 4th jeep and my last because of the disrespect!!!Oh and they ask people to write good reviews because everyone is complaining about them.

Worst service department ever! I ordered a spare key when I purchased my Jeep and had to call 3 separate times because no one could identify the order for the key! Was told twice they would call me right back and I had to call the next day...to then talk to another person who had no clue what was going on. When I finally made an appointment to get the key programmed to my car they told me it would take 45 minutes to an hour. I arrived at 9 am for my appointment and 2 hours later I asked how much longer and they told me 30 more minutes. They said the amount of time they told me was based on when they started working on the car and it didn't matter that I made an appointment because they had other cars to service before mine.

I purchased a "brand new" 2015 Chysler 200. It came with over 1,000 miles. The MSRP was 24,000. I expressed to the salesman that I wanted something that wasn't too expensive and monthly payments within $300-$400 range. Once the vehicle was financed it came to over $28,000 and with my monthly payments of $549 for 72 months, I will end up paying almost $40,000 for a $12,000 car. I wouldn't recommend anyone else shop there. I was desperate for a vehicle at the time and didn't realize how overpriced the Chysler was until after I had it past the return period. This isn't the first time this has happened to a customer and they obviously only care about making money.

Terrible. Called and was told I could get the same deal on a jeep Cherokee that I was quoted a month and 5 days prior without pulling my credit once again ( qualified for 0% the month before ) to find out when I get there they do need to pull again because I was 5 days too late. After pulling credit was given price quote on exact same vehicle as month before but this time it was $3000 more along with my trade being $500 less making what was a $400 a month payment then now somewhere between $450-$475. What a waste of time and a rip off.

While waiting to take possession of my just purchased vehicle a previous customer approached the salesman and complained. I didn't think too much about until the salesman Bernard English told the previous customer to step outside and they would settle this . It seems that they were going to fight in the sales lot. I took my documents and left. This was on 03.03.2017, and I still have not picked up the vehicle and I will not pick up the vehicle.I have tried many times to contact this dealership by the telephone but I always get a message from the INTERNET GUY. RUN while you can....UNITED AUTO SALES WHERE YOU GONNA GET IT....bought another truck the same day at another real Dealership.

All 4 of them can LIE don't have your Chrysler 300 air conditioner fix b/c you will never ride in it again. Christian will keep lying telling you we are going to fix your car and she will keep on lying until she will have to give you your money back and your car still is not fix.I rate them a BIG FAT 0!!!!!!!!!!. take your car somewhere else.My over all rating of the service center is a 0 but it is not on here so i will give them a 1 they do not need that.
