We just purchased a used Ram 1500. I was able to do much of the "business" items prior to actually going to the dealership and test driving. Mike Henry was our sales rep and did an outstanding job. The sales department had everything ready for me when my wife and I arrived. We looked at other vehicles, but we had our sights on this truck. Mike listened to our wants and needs with a vehicle and did not pressure us for a decision. He was able to wrap everything up in less than 2 hours for us and we were underway.

Lou Davis was my salesman. Lou's approach was professional and not "pushy". Dealer went to great lengths to get the vehicle I was interested in. They didn't try to push a vehicle which was already on the lot. For buying a car, the process went quite well.
2017 Pacifica Limited - skk132
The staff went above and beyond expectations to find the exact car we wanted. Our choice of a car was a 2017 Pacifica Limited in a Red Cherry Velvet color with a dark interior. The Cherry Velvet color is popular and one that color particularly with the dark leather interior is very hard to find. We had been told by another dealer with whom we had previously purchased a variety of vehicles over many years that none were available but the Carolina staff and particularly our sales associate Steve Grandon found exactly what we wanted and we got a new car at a good price in about 4 days. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. When we visited the dealership (it is 46 miles from our home) we didn't plan on an immediate purchase; we were just trying to get an idea of trade-in value and new car price for the future but the opportunity and the deal they put together was too good to pass up.

I visited a number of dealerships in the quest to find the perfect jeep. During my visits most dealerships provided that same "car dealer" experience that I expected. Then I found the jeep I was looking for at Stateline Chrysler Jeep Dodge. My goal was to purchase this vehicle and have the dealership also perform some modifications to the jeep. For the most part my experience was pretty ordinary until Jeff Taylor got involved. His expertise and attention to detail transformed this experience from ordinary to incredible. He definitely went above and beyond in every aspect of this process and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership if you are looking to purchase a jeep. If you want to have any modifications done....you have to see Jeff at Stateline!!

Terrible. Called and was told I could get the same deal on a jeep Cherokee that I was quoted a month and 5 days prior without pulling my credit once again ( qualified for 0% the month before ) to find out when I get there they do need to pull again because I was 5 days too late. After pulling credit was given price quote on exact same vehicle as month before but this time it was $3000 more along with my trade being $500 less making what was a $400 a month payment then now somewhere between $450-$475. What a waste of time and a rip off.

I have had several dodge cars and trucks. When you go to this dealer ship you always have problems. I took my new jeep in for its first oil change. The jeep cost 42, 000. I got in on a Saturday and got in at 8:30 AM. I was asked if I had a appointment....??? I said I did not know you needed a appointment. She said you don't so I gave her the keys and watched everyone come in after me and get there car in as I waited. I was still there at 11:30 AM and had to ask what was going on..! She told me, my car was next and would be ready very soon. There were people in the waiting room waiting since 8:00 AM...I would NEVER go back to this place again. I had other cars and have had problems with service on every visit. They tell you anything when you are buying the car but it stops there. Go to Greer to get you next car. Bought a brand new jeep Sahara from them although it was a demo they assured me it was new. 2 days later I decided I didn't want the demo I wanted another new one. They would not exchange it an within a week I started having trouble with the heated seats an the radio. Then we find a pair of used women's under ware in the back of the seat. I called the sales manager an the general manager trying to resolve these issues an they act like they don't won't to talk to me an they won't return my messages. This place is a JOKE!!!!!!!

On 7/15/16 i purchased a 2004 jeep gran Cherokee, I had a very very great salesman his name is Doug, he is actually the best salesman that I have ever had during the purchase of my vehicles. I would recommend to anyone if you are looking to purchase a car New or Used, the Hoover dealer ship in Moncks Corner have the best guy that you would want to deal with. Do not make a service appointment online. I made a service appointment online to have my Hyundai repaired for Saturday at 11 AM. When I arrived I was told by a less than friendly repair rep that it was "Chrysler day" and they were only working on Chryslers. So why did you confirm my appointment. The service people are so rude and spend their time walking around glaring at you when you are waiting. Do not take your car here!
