I spent over 4 hours waiting for the recall repair (despite being told it would be a 10-20 minute process). They were rude, difficuly and unapologetic. On top of the poor service, they did not complete the repair. I tool a trip to Atlanta and had issues. The dealership there had to corret Kelly's mistakes. BE WARNED. I will never have my car serviced at Kelly again. It is worth the 2 hour trip to have the car properly serviced.

I did not hear from the service department for days. I called several times and received a run-around description of the issues along with a "he's still checking it out" response. Finally, after they had a laundry list of issues, they provided another laundry list of reasons the repairs would not be covered under warranty, despite the fact that the car has a documented service history. The bill was significantly higher than the quotations as well. $500 wasted; work had to be performed elsewhere to correct issues. The overall experience was very unpleasant.
