Nathan Martinez is the Sales Associate you’ll want to - sigs7405
Nathan Martinez is the Sales Associate you’ll want to see. I was about to walk off the lot when I ran into Nate. He asked a few questions and next thing I knew, I was test driving a vehicle I had never even considered before I met Nate. Nate was most attentive to our needs as a family. I purchased a Santa Fe because I had no idea how many amenities this manufacturer put into this model. Listen, Hyundai offers more high-end options in the Santa Fe than others like GMC, Chevy or any of the other equivalents like Yukon & Tahoe. I might have been happy with the pre-owned, low mileage 2024 they had on the lot, but the purchase of a 2026 had a 0% interest (for qualified buyers) so we took the leap and absolutely love how this car drives. The amenities are off the chart! This vehicle will sit parked in a tight parking space and actually back out of it without you being in it. It backs up or moves forward into the spot until you release the button to stop it. It also senses obstructions so it would stop automatically if you or a child happened to be in back of it. You won’t find this amenity anywhere else so consider this my word-of-mouth hint that this car is amazing. The reality is this: I wouldn’t have know or even considered this vehicle had I not found Nate Martinez on the lot. This young man focused on my needs (the needs of our family) and not his own commission. He’s genuine, honest, and friendly. You can trust him. I asked a lot of hard questions about the different trims (levels of amenities between base model, XL, and top luxury models). He knew everything about these vehicles and answered with ease. He really knows his stuff. He worked with us on our financing terms and gave us a fair price. On that, I’d say I made out better than average. If the dealer had any room to budge, I’d be surprised. Post sale research indicated I did well with this purchase. I didn’t steal the car by any means, but they didn’t take advantage of us either. I’d say that I was favored in the deal by basically a “sliver.” Being prepared is the key. Having good credit was certainly an advantage. I spoke with Fred Griffin in the finance department and he was commendable due to his no-nonsense, no pressure explanation of potential add-ons. These options are very subjective to the buyer so I won’t elaborate much here. The maintenance add on makes a lot of sense so we accepted this add on because it was more cost effective to have it than not. To keep a vehicle under warranty, the $15 a month was worth the expense of time, effort, and ultimately cost for the various services (oil changes, fluid services, etc. at the prescribed intervals 5K, 10K, 20K miles services, etc.) I hope this helps potential buyers out there. But don’t take my word for it; do the research and math ahead of time—you be glad you did! Overall, this is a solid 5 Stars for the dealer, but the real star of the show was my Sales Associate, Nathan Martinez. He alone was instrumental in getting me from walking off the lot, determining my needs, giving me options, negotiating a fair price, and putting me in the most decked-out vehicle I’ve ever owned that drives so smoothly, I still enjoy driving it when my wife gives me the chance! In closing, I was not compensated in any way and didn’t know Nathan before we met on the lot about four days ago. I’m leaving this honest review as help for future buyers and as thanks for the honesty and professionalism of two employees, Nathan Martinez and Fred Griffin, who made this car buying experience the best a customer could hope for. Do your research and when ready, go see Nathan Martinez. I’m vouching for Nathan and Fred so if you want the best experience, don’t hesitate to contact these stellar employees. In fact, don’t accept any other substitutes no matter what they tell you. I wouldn’t risk using another Associate at the cost of getting trustworthy, knowledgeable, and attentive customer service. Thanks & God bless all involved!
