Dropped my Truck off for some service work. Buddy is my Advisor, but was busy so Austin jumped in to get me taken care of. He had big shoes to fill as Buddy has always provided me with excellent Service. Overall, Austin did a good job. I would like to have a little more communication as the job progressed, but understand I'm not the only Customer with a vehicle in the Shop. I was a little surprised when picking up when it was completed and finding my tan colored all weather mat on the driver's side covered with grease. Austin was very apologetic when I showed him but I opted to take care of it myself. I would think there was some find of quality control before Re-Delivery.

We were traveling from Phoenix to Atlanta and ran into some battery trouble in Pecos and thankfully made it to Odessa and the Hyundai dealership. The lady in service was super helpful and kept us current each step of the way. We were in and out under 3 hours which was impressive with the amount of cars when we got there. Little surprised on the cost and lobos for a battery but they took good care of us (females, I know my way around a motor so had a clue how bad it could have been). Thankful for there help getting us home to GA!!!
