I cannot give high enough ratings for the excellent service that I received from the sales team. I first spoke with Jasen Vann on the phone, and he was very professional and explained pricing and extras and answered all the questions I had. I asked him for a quote on the vehicle that I had chosen online, and he sent it right away. Right after this, I had an unpleasant experience with another Nissan dealership. The salesperson from that group sent me a quote, and I went to the dealership planning to purchase it. Their sales manager would not honor the quote that the salesman had given me. He would not even look at it. So I called Jasen back and told him what had happened. He put his sales manager, Alfonso Gutierrez on the phone, and Mr. Gutierrez assured me that he would honor the quote and that Mossy did not treat customers that way. I had previously worked for a company that leased cars from Mossy, and we always had excellent service and relationships with them. So I went to Mossy, met with Jasen, and closed the deal on the same day. All the employees made me feel very comfortable; there was no hard sell. It was a very pleasant experience, and now whenever I plan to purchase a car, either new or used, Mossy is the first place I will go, and I will recommend the dealership highly to anyone looking for a new car. Jasen continues to be in touch with me via e-mail to let me know opportunities that I have with Mossy Nissan. I couldn't give a better review. Had an oil change on June 4, 2024. - Very disappointed customer

Had an oil change on June 4, 2024. Started seeing fluid on the ground whenever I parked the vehicle. Had my husband look at it and discovered oil was leaking on the ground. Tried to get service appt this past Fri and Sat but the message stated the service dept was closed. Needless to say I had to get the vehicle checked out and found out the the gasket was not tightened after the last oil change. Had to get a new oil change and thank goodness for that dealership’s expertise in analyzing and fixing the careless error of Tejas service department. Will never go back to Tejas now renamed Space City! Very costly error

Bait and switch. Disclosed a 3000 charge for some cieramic coating in a 2016 GMC Denali that I bought with damage on the rear bumper. They had to figure out a oil leak so I didn't pick up the paperwork until 3 days later and they gave it to me in a envelope in which I just put in the glove box. Dug it out a couple of weeks later to look at the invoice and that's when I saw things didn't add up. Called the dealership and spoke to new GM, he told me that everyone that was there when I purchased the 8 year old truck has been fired. Nothing he can do about getting me back that bogus 3k charge. I am filing a complaint with the attorney generals off ice and the BBB. Beware of this place. Thanks

What a joke this place is! My husband and I visited after seeing a lightly used SUV listed online. Once we saw it in person, we quickly realized it wouldn’t suit our needs, so we browsed the lot and found another vehicle that caught our interest. That’s when things went downhill. When we started negotiating, they came back with completely outrageous numbers — I’m talking about monthly payments nearly $300 more than what we ultimately got at another dealership. Their online pricing is incredibly misleading and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. After wasting hours dealing with nonsense and dishonesty, we walked away. Thankfully, we found an amazing deal on a better car in San Marcos. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Hedi for years, and he is truly the most wonderful salesman I have ever met. His professionalism, kindness, and honesty are the reason I keep coming back. Unfortunately, my last visit was shocking. When I arrived, Hedi welcomed me warmly greeted me as always. Out of nowhere, a salesman Jonathan ran toward me, grabbed my hand, and said, “I will help you.” He tried to force himself into the sale, even after I clearly told him, “I’m with Hedi, and this behavior is not right. I will speak to the manager about you.” He laughed in my face. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional, pushy, and downright rude behavior at a dealership before. If it weren’t for Hedi calming me down, I would have immediately gone to the manager. The presence of people like Jonathan will seriously damage the reputation of this business.

It was received and answered timely, with a courtesy call from DEMARIO TAYLOR! WOW!!! I let him know I would be there after 2pm. He made a follow up call 15mins prior we confirmed we were still on. What a GREAT HUMAN BEING. Demario was as kind, receptive, informative, helpful, courteous, competent, knowledgeable, proficient, not pushy at all,(key) on the phone as he was in person. It was like working with a friend to meet a common goal. And I left with exactly what I needed, and asked for. Not only that, the atmosphere in the Sales Room was like Family, if any Team member passed by me that worked there, they made a very friendly attempt to make sure I had anything I needed and offered water or a snack often. Demario left no stone unturned and he went beyond and above the call of duty. The man works hard, knows his stuff, is Professional, is attentive, and has such a beautiful soul. Fantastic 1st solo car-buying experience. I found the exact car w/low milage. The salesman was very kind, considerate, and patiently walked me through the process. The car handled beautifully, but needed some attention - missing rear view mirror & a lower side console panel, low coolant & wiper fluids - all immediately addressed.
