Kudos to Tony in the Service Department who cares about customer happiness and ensuring timely service. Tony always has a smile and builds rapport with the customers. Tony ensures the customer knows what's occurring during the service period and is actively communicating updates. Tony is definitely a person you want customers to meet when they first come through the door. Additionally, the rest of the staff is friendly and welcoming to all the customers.

I recently brought my car in for routine maintenance, and they identified an issue with my head gasket and were able to get it resolved in two days, saving me a much larger and more expensive repair in the future. I especially want to highlight my service advisor, Damian. From the second I walked in he kept me as informed as possible about what was going on with my vehicle. Despite being very busy, he checked in with me frequently and took the time to answer any questions I had regarding the maintenance being performed. Finally, after learning that I was going on a road trip soon, he gave me thoughtful recommendations on services to help ensure my car was safe. Damian made what could have been a stressful and expensive visit incredibly smooth. I truly appreciate the care and attention to detail, and I’ll absolutely be coming back for future service.

My 2019 Lincoln Navigator L experienced trans failure as I pulled into my driveway. I had my car towed to Ted B. Lincoln Chantilly for review/service. I informed them that I would like my car repaired under the TB Engine/Powertrain for life warranty. My Service advisor/Brandyn proceeded to write up my service history and process my claim. Brandyn had provided me with a loaner and kept me informed along the way where we were in the approval process. The approval took a little time but once approved my transmission along with all the associated items that goes along with this task was replaced and covered 100%, My car is back on the road, drives like new. I cannot say enough about how satisfied we are with Teb Britt and their Service Department. Ted Britt has built a Flagship Dealership in Chantilly and I'm proud to be a new family member for life. My suggestion to people in the market for a Lincoln, make Ted Britt your first and last stop in your search.
