They quick to cross sale at every oil change but not respectful of your time even when you make an appointment for service. Tom Dehaven is a Service Advisor with no urgency or care.

Outstanding service department! Ms Pam Willis and her service techs always do a superb job on my vehicles. They listen to my concerns and they note items I need to be aware of while they perform preventive maintenance on my vehicles. They know that I rely on my vehicles - I've been a customer here for 22 years. I drive 90 miles one way to get to this location and pass by at least 4 other VW dealers as I drive the distance. Ms Pam Willis and her techs have earned my loyalty by earning my trust. I've purchased 3 VWs here over 22 years and I'll keep buying my VWs here.

I can't express how happy I am with my new Camry. It's really great to have a group working together to help me with getting the best price and getting insurance and everything else. i took my 2013 tiguan there in december '23 for an engine light diagnostic, and was appalled by the blatant lying and rude disrespect they gave me. their service team came up with more than 15 items and over $15,000 in repairs, on a auto with just 80,000 miles. the engine light code was for a sensor, but the dealership said it was necessary to repair the timing chain (a $6000 charge). i phoned a friend/mechanic and they recommended the spark plugs and oil change, so i did those items. the service people were convinced all their recommendations were valid, and made me sign a waiver, but the engine light has never come back on, nor have i had any transmission problems. meanwhile, the service desk ladies were very rude both on the phone and in person after i decided to only do minor repairs. they said my car was poorly maintained, told me i must know more than them to my face, and then still charged me $150 for the supposedly complimentary multi-point inspection/diagnostic. i would NOT trust these people. i took my car to another vw specialist, who diagnosed 3 smaller issues, with not one of the things that came up on the dealership diagnostics. cma staunton are scammers and rude!

Abstain yourselves from doing business with this dealership, moreover buying a Toyota. I purchased a brand new Toyota and, 4 years later the paint started peeling off on multiple parts of the car. Ever since, it is been a battle with Toyota and the dealership to get my car repainted even when they submitted a recall about a defect on the paint sealing for that particular model. The recall included a warranty paint. When I took my car in, service manager Ian Hall failed to do an accurate estimate and did not include a pealed the size of a coin in the back of my car. Service manager, Ian Hall and Body shop manager Lisa Coleman have neglected to perform an accurate estimate and both of these individuals and the manufacturer having passing the ball for 4 months now. And, after posting this review I will get a response of “please reach out to this email address or phone number” that’s what I’ve been doing and everybody is absolving themselves from a defect on the sealing paint. I just wanted to post this to warn consumers about the incompetence of this dealership and its manufacturer. Never ever again will buy a Toyota.

This was easily the best car dealership I’ve been to in my life. The customer service was amazing, Walter especially. They took the time to break down and explain everything to us. No hassling, no smooth talking. Gave us the truth and nothing but. They weren’t just there to sell a car. They truly wanted to give us a good deal and make sure we left satisfied. Next time I want/need a car I won’t even go to another dealership, and if you’re looking to buy a car, go to Merlex auto group. I promise you won’t regret it, and you will leave very satisfied with everything.

I can not express my gratitude enough for the wonderful service Chris Lint delivered. Chris was very informative and open when discussing requesting a vehicle allocation. He answered all of my questions with detail and truth. When the request was fulfilled, he went over my order with me to make sure that it included all the accessories I had requested, and removed the items I did not desire. I made some very specific delivery preparation requests, and he made sure that they were all accommodated. When delivery day came, he made the process as stress free as possible and handled my unique situation with attentiveness. As concerned as I was about issues coming up (I wasn't present for delivery), he made sure that everything was set for a smooth and trouble free transaction. I can't wait to recommend Chris to anyone wanting a new Toyota!

The mechanical aspects of the service, ie engine replacement was absolutely fantastic! Unfortunately the mechanic working on the vehicle entered the driver's seat and touched the interior with greasy work gloves. The greasy hand prints were so bad that I have had the interior of the vehicle professionally cleaned! This is disappointing since Haley Chevrolet has been taking care of this vehicle for over 6 years!

Dropped off at 7:30 am, finally went to service department to pick up truck, it was done at 3:00 pm. I left phone messages and texts prior to going back, and asking when it would be done. Receptionist called after I had already picked up the truck. First time at this service department and most likely the last.
