Arrived right around 6 pm last evening, and all of the paperwork had been prepared, and the new vehicle was out for a wash and a fuel up. Worked with Ali for the majority of the afternoon on preparing the deal, and he was nothing short of amazing. We were in and out in under half an hour. This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone.

I recently brought my car in for routine maintenance, and they identified an issue with my head gasket and were able to get it resolved in two days, saving me a much larger and more expensive repair in the future. I especially want to highlight my service advisor, Damian. From the second I walked in he kept me as informed as possible about what was going on with my vehicle. Despite being very busy, he checked in with me frequently and took the time to answer any questions I had regarding the maintenance being performed. Finally, after learning that I was going on a road trip soon, he gave me thoughtful recommendations on services to help ensure my car was safe. Damian made what could have been a stressful and expensive visit incredibly smooth. I truly appreciate the care and attention to detail, and I’ll absolutely be coming back for future service.

He was helpful throughout the whole process. The technicians were also very friendly. Even 5 min before closing time, they were happily answered all our questions.

We called about the vehicle this morning at 11:AM to set set up a test drive. We arrived 45 minutes later, drove the car and one hour after the test drive we were signing papers. The dealership team were prompt, efficient and friendly. We especially appreciated Scott Henderson's service!

I took my car here to be serviced. They were extremely untimely, and my service advisor was a poor communicator. I was told my car needed to be there on a Friday at 7:30 AM, and it was not looked at until late Saturday. I was then told my car would be ready to pick up by Tuesday, but it was not pulled into the bay to be serviced until the following Monday. While towing my car into the bay, they broke my shifting mechanism. I was not made aware of all charges before they proceeded with services. I was told they were towing it into the bay but was not made aware there would be a cost. I have insurance that will tow my car for free, and I would have elected to have this covered by insurance if I was made aware of the cost. Maybe my car wouldn’t have been damaged if this would have been communicated to me. I will not be returning for service from FLow VW. This is my second bad experience with them. After my first poor experience an employee gave me a card for a free detail. I gave this to a staff member when dropping my car off this time, and they did not complete the detail. I pay half the cost for better quality work at a local repair shop where their employees are honest and timely.
