My experience at Hemborg Ford purchasing a vehicle was off to a smooth start however, I have hit a few bumps in the road since that led me to 4 instead of 5 stars. My seller Selena was very knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating. You could say she held my hand every step of the way including helping me with car insurance options and riding with me to return my rental. I felt comfortable that she was knowledgeable, knew her product specs well, and didn't push to oversell something that I could not afford. Ricky and Dustin helped me with the financing​ portion, they were both sweet, straight forward, and made it simple and easy to understand. Cut to, that same day I get the car home only to find that the right side rear passenger door didn't open. The child safety latch was stuck and once I finally got it to unlock, the entire inside door panel completely came off. I rushed the vehicle right back to Hemborg, the service team was equally as welcoming and helpful as the sales team. They made sure not to make me wait too long, they offered me refreshments, and thoroughly went over and understood my concerns. Sadly, the right rear passenger door child safety lock is still stuck and the inside door panel still sounds loose. This time I am unable to get the door open at all so I will end up having to repeat the cycle again. I have also had to bring it in a second time to update the preprogrammed car keys and computer system that showed an inaccurate standard compass, date, and time. I would like to point out that the 4 stars are not a representation of the entire team or their customer service, rather a representation of the dealerships standards, safety regulations, and the quality of vehicles they confidently offer to the public.

We were very fortunate to be referred to Jorge Ibarra-Bravo at Towne Ford, when we were initially planning our camper van build, by the project manager for the company who did the Quigley QLift suspension upgrade. Until recently I've always felt trepidation when buying a new vehicle. Since I was a child I've viewed car sales people with concern that they would try to push extra features and try to get more money out of me than I wanted to spend. Friends warned us how they had to pay several thousand dollars more for their Sprinter when it arrived than was in the original contract. Dealing with Jorge changed this perspective for me. Jorge was super helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the various options and packages for our Ford Transit custom order. We had done about a month of research and spoke with a fleet dealer in another state who had a number of vans on his lot ready for build outs. This person was always in a rush and didn't seem to have time for our questions. When we spoke with Jorge he had the opposite attitude.  He is calm, patient, always had time for our questions and found solutions as we corresponded with the outfitter who was going to do the camper build. We needed information about wiring harnesses and electrical connections to place the correct order and Jorge ensured we got what we needed. We had to wait 3 months for our order to be built by Ford. Jorge kept us informed when the van went into production.  When the van finally arrived we were surprised that the year end discount was even more than Jorge had told us we could expect.  By this point I had become convinced we could completely trust Jorge and he did not let us down. Jorge is a kind and sincere person with a lot of experience with Ford. I don't think one can find a better sales person and we highly recommend him if you are looking for a vehicle.

Fantastic people! - I Fix That

Fantastic people! They are customer service focused and no-pressure sales. I had a very small but difficult issue with my Mach-e and they stayed on the issue until it was fixed. What I found to be fantastic about the dealership is that they just didn't unload a "parts cannon" on the car, but got a technician in from corporate to troubleshoot the module that failed so that in the future, they could quickly solve the problem for the next customer. I'm and engineer, and that shows integrity! Yes, I purchased a second car from them! Oh, and they were the only dealership that isn't marking up the Lightning and the Mach-E.

Everything I experience there is remarkable - the efficiency and friendliness of the staff, the actual car maintenance and the willingness to go the extra mile by retrieving and returning my car for the day of service. And they don't charge more than a fair market rate for the service. If you're anywhere near south Orange County don't waste your time anyplace else.
