Bought a '22 MDX from this dealer in Aug, '21. I chose this dealer because they were the only one, at this time, given the shortage of vehicles, that had the MDX with the tech/adv packages we wanted, in our second color choice and they were only charging $2500 over MSRP (other dealerships were charging $4,000+ over MSRP) The dealership was clean, it was easy to get to, it was cool inside until they closed and turned off the air. I was still in the finance department after closing which the sun beats down on at the end of the day. The staff was friendly. They had air hockey which my wife and teenager kids loved. 4.5 stars, taking off .5 for turning off the air while customers were still there. 5 stars - it appears they use one of each model for test drives so that they could sell you another vehicle that had no test drives on it (ours had like 1.5 miles). I liked that. I don't want a car that's been test driven all over. 5 stars to the staff - all nice, friendly, and accommodating (up to a certain point) 5 stars to the finance department. The guy was nice. They met my comp pricing on add-ons that I wanted. I will complain about car pricing separately. Now, the not so good. 3 stars. They had one finance guy working, so at the end of the day, I was waiting a long time to buy my vehicle, so being there past closing was not my fault. 2 stars - The dealership had two mandatory add-ons - a brake light configuration/part change that flashes your brake lights briefly when you apply them. It's a good safety item in my opinion. Also, they pre-applied Permaplate on every vehicle, forcing you to pay for it. I would prefer to choose for myself rather than have them forced on me so that I could try to negotiate the price or go elsewhere. Not only were they selling over MSRP, but they were forcing items on you and charging a higher premium, getting more profit off of you. I don't like that. 3 stars - While there was a shortage of cars, so not their fault, like every other dealership, they jumped on the band wagon to grab a little extra cash, cashing in on supply and demand at the cost to the consumer. This is the cornerstone of all American business' today (in my opinion) and well within their rights, but that doesn't mean I have to like it. I asked for $500 off the price, it was refused. Basically, they would not budge on anything and I wasn't bringing in a trade-in and I was using Acura (American Honda) financing, so more benefits to the dealership and none to me. 3 stars - I was outside, shooting the breeze with our sales guy after our purchase - nice man - when I happened to notice that the weather stripping around the large moon/sunroof was coming out. I guess whoever was getting the vehicle ready for purchase, or when they were applying the Permaplate before purchase, didn't notice or bother to say anything about that very visible issue. This meant I already had to bring the car back for it's first fix and I hadn't even driven my car off the lot yet. They did give me an MDX loaner car for the warranty work. I did not hate my experience here, I just didn't like the sour taste left behind from some of the less than optimal treatment given the dealership's policies and sales tactics. I originally planned to give them a 3 star review, but if you take the average of what I did score, it's closer to 4.

Easiest deal I ever had. I had looked for this truck at many regional dealers but they all had 3,000 I. Magic dealer charges. These guys said that they have dealer options but all are optional. I walked in at 12, waited a few minutes for Matt. I was home with my new truck filled and washed by 2:15, and I live 20 minutes away. Best price. Better service. No pressure. No bait and switch.

Winn Volkswagen is AMAZING!!!!! I took my 2022 Jetta in for my 30,000 mile maintenance. While I was waiting I went to see the Sales Manager, Ash since my lease is up in August, I asked him to recommend a salesman for me. A gentleman by the name of Paulo came over and he was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! This was a breath of fresh air for me since my previous dealership leaves a lot to be desired. Paulo got me into a new lease 2025 Jetta SEL with no down payment. He made everything so easy and stress free. We were very fortunate to be referred to Jorge Ibarra-Bravo at Towne Ford, when we were initially planning our camper van build, by the project manager for the company who did the Quigley QLift suspension upgrade. Until recently I've always felt trepidation when buying a new vehicle. Since I was a child I've viewed car sales people with concern that they would try to push extra features and try to get more money out of me than I wanted to spend. Friends warned us how they had to pay several thousand dollars more for their Sprinter when it arrived than was in the original contract. Dealing with Jorge changed this perspective for me. Jorge was super helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the various options and packages for our Ford Transit custom order. We had done about a month of research and spoke with a fleet dealer in another state who had a number of vans on his lot ready for build outs. This person was always in a rush and didn't seem to have time for our questions. When we spoke with Jorge he had the opposite attitude.  He is calm, patient, always had time for our questions and found solutions as we corresponded with the outfitter who was going to do the camper build. We needed information about wiring harnesses and electrical connections to place the correct order and Jorge ensured we got what we needed. We had to wait 3 months for our order to be built by Ford. Jorge kept us informed when the van went into production.  When the van finally arrived we were surprised that the year end discount was even more than Jorge had told us we could expect.  By this point I had become convinced we could completely trust Jorge and he did not let us down. Jorge is a kind and sincere person with a lot of experience with Ford. I don't think one can find a better sales person and we highly recommend him if you are looking for a vehicle.

I am a very experienced car buyer, have worked with countless sales reps, and Alex Pernia is up there with the very best. I worked with Alex on an EV9 and had a stellar experience. We discussed details over the phone. The entire exchange was very transparent - I was upfront in giving him the numbers I was looking for, and he was honest in letting me know which levers he could pull and what was possible or not. When I met him in person on the day of my appointment, I got to see how genuine of a person he is. He didn't try to adjust the numbers we agreed on. He didn't try to upsell me on packages I didn't need. He executed the transaction honestly and efficiently. When the Finance office was taking too long to process my contract, Alex hustled to get my new car detailed, inspected, and every minor issue addressed. What an absolute pleasure and joy, spending time at this dealership. Rolando together with his manager Jordan made is very easy, and stress free too come to a great deal beforehand. There was no back-and-forth for hours on end, nope it was so pleasant, we had already worked out the numbers, and only needed to look over the new vehicle, and run credit before sitting with the finance person. About 2 hours in and out, a lot of heartfelt laughter and just a good experience. The dealership is a nice and clean place, with some great tunes playing out over the speakers both inside and outside. Thank you for the great service, and super pleasant experience.

My electric Taycan was completely discharged as I got home at midnight and even the 12volt battery was dead because the car had no power i was partially on my driveway but my charging cable did not reach. Had ro leave it like that overnight. I contacted Santa Clarita service dept in the morning and told.them of my situation. The technician. I spoke with was completely helpful and rght away told me that the foreman could come out and assess the situation. Brian called me in 20 minutes that he was on his way. He jumped started the car so he could access the trunk and power the 12v battery and open the charge port. He ran a diagnosis and then pulled out an extension cable so I could charge. I am so gratefully and thankful for the excellent customer service skills of the service department. What a life saver.

Went in to look at a truck about an hour before closing. Marcus was so helpful even though he was already helping 3 other groups as he was the only salesperson left for the day. While we started the process, due to it being late in the day, we weren’t able to finish. They helped me finish everything over the phone/online the very next day and even delivered the truck to me after I got home from work. I had questions on the paperwork, and the manager called me the following day to clarify it and answer all my remaining questions. Very helpful, and very professional. I have been to many dealerships and have never been treated this well. I will only ever shop at Woodland Motors.
