My engine light came on so I called my service tech Eric at Lexus of Clearwater. I was planning to take a trip in two days. He asked me to bring the car in. He was very busy but got me in that afternoon. Found out it was not safe to drive without a new part which he had to order. Disappointed I couldn’t go on my trip but so glad light came on when it did!!!! He also gave me a Lexus ES which was a nice comfortable car to drive. Part came in, crew put new part in, gave it a test drive. Eric called me to schedule pickup. All back to normal thanks to Eric. He is a very conscientious, knowledgeable and customer service oriented Service Technician. Definitely a keeper… THANK YOU ERIC.
