My car was hit and totaled, so I needed a good, new car fast. I know exactly what I want in a car, so I am picky, and not usually willing to budge. I sometimes hate car shopping because a lot of dealerships are pushy and are trying to convince to get something you don't want. I found a great car online and sent a message, and Rick Ridings responded the very next day. I was comforted to know that they don't sell vehicles that have been in accidents, and that they inspect vehicles very carefully. Their good community reputation also gave me confidence that I would have a good experience. My agent, Kevin Briggs, was very helpful. I was in another state, and he did everything possible to make sure I knew exactly what I was buying. He was honest, and he did not push me or try to steer me in certain directions like other salesmen do. I knew he would have my best interests in mind. The quality of the vehicle with the price of it was a rare find and I'm so glad I found it! I highly recommend Rick Ridings and Kevin Briggs.

The process from start to finish was the most efficient car buying experience I have ever had. There were no games, gimmicks or shady attempts throughout the entire process. Their Finance guy was thorough, professional and very pragmatic offering options that fit me and my needs without pressure, guilt, or sleazy tactics. I had to take my truck back to have something fixed shortly after purchase, and the maintenance guys actively tried to save me money and give me smart options. They took care of me from start to finish! They are an excellent local dealer that deserves the support of the community.

There was zero pressure and she spent a lot of time listening to what I wanted and she seriously delivered! I can't recommend her enough and I will 100% be telling everyone to go see her for a vehicle. There was no annoying back and forth, the manager and financing guy (Adam) was super helpful and personable. There was no pressure at any point which was super refreshing. I did purchase the Simonize protection for the interior & exterior because it's a no-brainer for the price. They made a customer for life!!

I thought I would have them look over my car because I had taken it to Firestone and they were not sure how to fix my car. i purchased a 2015 chevy equinox from them in Jan 2024 and by March 2024 the engine had to be replaced. They offered me two options to get it fixed - $5000 out of pocket on top of the $11k I JUST signed a contract for, for a brand new engine or $150 for a mystery used one that they couldn't give me any details about. I didn've have the $5k for a new engine so got the used one and now my car resale value is only $1300 and I still owe over $9k on it as of May 2025. This dealership loves to SCREW single mothers over and should be reported to the BBB.
