Tim Rich, Service Advisor provided me with superior customer service. He is a ten star service advisor. He went above and beyond in having a new engine installed in my 2015 Sonata much quicker than I expected. He even took time out to obtain a quote and time frame from a body shop to have the hood of my car painted and had my car delivered to them. Tim is extremely friendly, very responsive, knowledgeable and treated me as if I were his most important customer. I suspect be treats each of his customers the same way, as VIPs! He was upfront with me and has restored my faith that honesty still exists in the automotive repair business. I highly recommend Tim Rich to handle your service needs.

I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for years. I am financing two vehicles now. I wanted a 2016 Nissan Pathfinder and was able to get one October 2016. I have been back and forth to the service department five times since Memorial Day 2024. I cannot sit at a traffic light or a drive thru without vehicle running hot. The last time it was in service department was Aug. 16, 2024 and a week later it is back with a final diagnosis of needing a radiator fan at a cost of $725. When I got the vehicle it was supposed to be under three year warranty. With these service department trips, I have been told over and over that the warranty doesn't cover work this vehicle needs. I am feeling so messed over.

I had been going back and forth with their sales dept for 3 weeks. Came to an agreed upon price. Went in to purchase, signed the invoice with the agreed upon price then the manager came out to tell us that the price was no longer valid and that it would increase by $500 due to "changes in inventory". When we questioned him about these changes that apparently occurred within 24 hrs, he could not give us an acceptable answer. They are greedy and untrustworthy and we will never deal with them again. The 2 salespersons that we dealt with were Erik and Rebecca and they were very nice however their managers screwed them over in the process also. If I could give them a 0 star, I would!!

Very dishonest Finance Manager, and the General Manager - I was told that I could cancel the Extended Warranty at any time and get a refund...after purchasing the EW and paying for it with my credit card because I didn't want it to be part of my loan payment, even though he convince me to added to loan contract but said it not part of the loan - that should have been a red flag for me then - after a week without ever using it I decided I was going to cancel it. I talk with the finance manager about cancel it, and, he told me I had two options to cancel it...one option was to get a refund, but, it will go toward my loan balance, which will reduce the amount I owe...and my other option was to refinance, and, I will get the refund back after refinancing. I told him he never discussed that with me, so I requested to speak with the general manager, and, after explaining everything to him, I told him in good faith that I should receive my refund back to my credit card, but, he agreed with the finance manager said there's nothing he could do. I asked for a copy of the terms and conditions, it says, “You may cancel this Agreement at any time and for any reason, and you will be entitled to a refund from Us, as described below. (1) If We or the Selling Dealer receive a written cancellation request, on or before the 30th day from the Signature Date and no claim has been filed under this Agreement, this Agreement will be void, and You will be entitled to a refund equal to the full Purchase Price You paid for this Agreement.” Because I don't trust them anymore, I refinanced my loan, but I haven't gotten a refund for my credit card.

There was complete pricing transparency and the buying process was a breeze. From the salesperson (Mark Gonzales) to financing (Miguel) to the person that helped me get connected and learn the features of the vehicle before a long drive home (Simone), everyone was pleasant, respectful, and genuine. I got the price I wanted on a hard to find model without ever experiencing the discomfort we have all come to expect when walk into a car dealership. I live four hours away... when I need my next vehicle I'll do my research again of course, but my first (and probably only) call will be to Mark at Toyota Of Denton.

My husband and I could not be happier about our experiences with Texas Auto North Sales and Service Department. As I said before, the sales department worked with me until we had a deal, we could both agree on. It wasn't easy but they hung in there with me. That was in December. Then we had our backup camera replaced. Fast and efficient service. But it messed up again annnnnnd! Ms. Terri in the service department came to the rescue. You see, when it went out it was a thursday and my husband was leaving for work in Maine on Sunday. She had the guy out there on Friday morning to fix it for him and on top of that; he asked about buying a spare and when she found out that they sold us the truck without a spare, she found him one a gave it to him! I am so happy with this dealership; I am about to go buy another car from them if they will deal with me again! LOL! It was a little agonizeing for them last time. I love this place!
