Kelly Honda has been my go-to dealership since I leased my first vehicle, and I am now on my 5th lease with them. During COVID, I unfortunately had to go through Herb Chambers Honda of Boston because Kelly did not have the vehicle I was looking for, and it was the worst experience I have ever had in the car and customer service industry. It left me with immense distrust in the industry (and I worked in insurance for over 8 years, so that says a lot).
From that moment on, I knew that when my lease ended, returning to Kelly Honda was a must and they did not disappoint. In September 2025, the time came to change my lease, and although just thinking about stepping into a dealership brought anxiety after my previous experience, I walked into Kelly Honda confident they would take care of me as they had with my prior leases.
I was greeted by Khalil McCarthy, who took the time to show me multiple models I had in mind with patience, professionalism, and a genuinely positive attitude. After some negotiation, I was introduced to sales manager Kyle Milan, who is truly one of the best managers I’ve worked with. He immediately recognized that I was experienced with leasing and went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident and valued throughout the process.
I had my heart set on a 2026 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport Touring, which had just been released at the time and was extremely limited in Massachusetts, especially in the Sand Dune Pearl color I wanted. Without hesitation, Kyle worked to locate the exact vehicle out of state and made sure it was secured. Then Kahlil personally drove to Maine to pick up my new car. Together, they made the entire experience smooth, timely, and completely stress-free.
I also want to recognize Ryn Benson for his support throughout the signing process, as well as for handling the registration and ensuring that a previous agreement was fully honored. He kept his word regarding a special order of the Honda “H” emblem we had discussed with the team and made sure everything was completed exactly as promised. His attention to detail, follow-through, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. The entire team demonstrated professionalism, transparency, and genuine care- qualities that are rare in this industry.
After a very negative experience elsewhere, Kelly Honda fully restored my trust. This is exactly how car leasing should feel: respectful, honest, and customer-focused. I will absolutely continue to return for future leases and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that truly puts the customer first and have honesty at their core!
