Last two service appointments I dealt with Fabian Nunez, who I gotta say by far has been the best person I’ve dealt with at this location. Meaning at this location because I dealt with World Jeep for years and now it’s circle and so far the service has been excellent. My family have been dealing with this location for over 10 years purchasing five vehicles and I got to say service was subpar but ever since dealing with Fabian Nunez my rear main seal was fixed properly and I am very happy with the results and the attention I’ve been getting.

Salesman Tried To Scam Me Out Of A Vehicle - vinny1216

I went to purchase a car there, and the salesman would not use the correct discount code I have from my family. (It is a code passed down from Grandfather from FCA.) He kept on telling me it was something different. I showed him the paperwork from FCA stating what the program is and yet he refused to use it. I walked out of the dealership and called FCA and filed a report. The GM, although nice, did not offer to do much either after I told him what had happened. This salesman cost me the sale of a vehicle all because he wanted to make more gross on the vehicle. These guys were not very professional, I would recommend going to another Dodge dealership for your next Dodge vehicle.
