From start to finish, he was professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure my automotive service was handled smoothly. He took the time to explain the work being done, answered all my questions clearly, and made me feel confident my vehicle was in good hands. I truly appreciate his honesty and great customer service—highly recommend asking for Julian if you need service here!

I don't know who in this day and age manages to buy a car in <1 hr total transaction time, but Crestmont Toyota made the process painless. I came in, talked to Sergio, he gave me the honest truth - car just cleared shipping and was going to come in a few days. They were honoring the incentives as posted on their and Toyota's website. After some minimal haggling, we arrived at a great price in ~15 min. When I went in to pick up the car a week later everything was ready for me and I spent 10 min signing paperwork and I was done! Thank you Crestmont for being straightforward and working with me on my bz4x purchase.
