We just purchased another vehicle from Mooresville Ford. I have worked with them for over 15 years. The purchase process was efficient and seamless. Scott Speagle and Neil Truesdell with the sales staff were awesome. Researching and answering every question we had. The finance person Manny made things extremely easy. We look forward to working with Amber Moser in the service department for our routine maintenance visits as she has always been great for our other ford vehicles.

The issue with my vehicle was ? Misdiagnosed . The dealership wanted 1300 to fix an issue with my seat. Was told frame was broken needed to be replaced . I took it to another business and they reset the module . Problem fixed for $150. Cheaper then the diagnostic fee that I paid at the dealership which was a waste of money and my time . Nothing was broken .

Terrible! I brought my car here to have the AC fixed. I dropped my car off at 11am and was told they would look at it and tell me what was wrong. I called at 1:30 when I hadn’t heard anything and was told they’d call me back. I called again at 3 only to be told they’d call me back. I called again at 4:50 and finally was told I needed a new AC line and it would be here in a day or day and a half and they’d put it on and my car would be ready Friday. I called Friday at 3:30 to see about picking up my car to be told the part wasn’t here and it would be ready Monday. I finally got a call Tuesday telling me the line was on but it was going to be much more because it needed a new compressor. I go to pick up my car later that day to wait an hour for them to put the front bumper back on. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

We went into Taylorsville Ford looking for a used truck and we talked to John Deal. The manager, Eric Settle, got involved and made us such a great deal with the rebates and incentives on a new truck, we decided to buy a brand new F150. They got us a great finance rate and went out of their way to make sure our buying experience was excellent. This dealership is a one of a kind place. These days, it seems like once a purchase is made, the businesses don't even remember your name, but they even called us a month after the sale to make sure all was well with our purchase and ask us if we were happy with our truck.

Best buying experience I've ever had, they were genuinely friendly and didn't pressure me. I've shopped in Charlotte and Gastonia and hated the way I was treated. At Town Square everyone was pleasant, they answered my questions and, explained all my options. I understand they have the highest repeat buyer rate in the area, and its easy to understand why. The price I got in 5 minutes, was $1,600 less than I got in Gastonia after 4 hours. I'd recommend them and will be visiting them when I get my next truck.
