We had a great, zero-friction experience with a new car purchase at Ed Morse Delray Toyota. I began the process online, and Internet Sales Representative Travis Kania was professional and helpful, verified the model I wanted was in stock and ready to go, and provided a seamless handoff to our sales representative Gary Wilson. Gary (and everyone at the dealership, including manager Jovani and finance manager Bruno) made the process enjoyable with their courtesy and honesty.
They had two of the exact model I was looking for, ready for test drive, just had to pick a color. No shell games or attempts to lure me into a higher trim. Gary was knowledgable about the vehicle and its specs, and let the car speak for itself.
Negotiation was simple and quick without the typical back-and-forth that mar the car-buying process and I really appreciate that this dealership has no hidden fees or inexplicable markups, and pricing was transparent. The team went above and beyond by delivering the car to my home just 30 minutes after purchase, and helped me set up the Toyota app in my driveway.
