They misdiagnosed the issue, and I was forced to pay over $5,000 for a repair that didn’t even fix the actual problem. I had to bring the car back in—only to find out something else was wrong, something that should’ve been identified the first time. Now they expect me to pay again for their mistake. School starts in two weeks, and my truck is still not drivable. This situation has been a nightmare. The service department is completely untrustworthy. I wouldn’t even send my dog there.

We were traveling and our truck broke down and we were near the ford dealership. We went in and David Shaw Helped us right away. Got the truck in told us we had a broken rear axle. We were towing out camper at the time. He did his magic and found out it was all under warranty, and the truck would be fixed by the end of the next day or the morning after. He set us up with a Truck rental place so we could tow our camper back to the campground while the truck was being fixed. Mike Garcia was another Awesome team member who drove us to the truck rental in time to get the truck before they closed. The truck was fixed very quick and we were back on the road. Kept saying by text it was on the way, never sent...so don't know if they didn't have the car or what, just not honest people....don't waste your time with them because they are liars and take your business elsewhere!

We went in to buy a new 2013 Ford Fusion. The sales lady would not answer our questions regarding trade in value but keep trying to run our credit. When I told her I wanted to know what our trade was worth before we were doing anything else she brought another guy out. I assume he was the sales manager. He would not give us any straight answers either. They wanted to run our credit in order to finish the deal. Eventually they did say we were upside down in our trade which we already knew. I responded with we do not have a deal until you tell me how much negative equity we have. He said we did not sell you that car. You were the ones stupid enough to buy it. They were both rude and arrogant to us. We ended up going to another dealer who gave us a very fair trade in value and helped us buy our new 2013 Ford Fusion.
