Management at this dealership is very shady and tries to rip people off!!! It's a shame because their salespeople work very hard only for their management to screw over the customer and their sales people. Extremely dishonest management!!!

October 2023-Derek Stevens sold me my 2024 chevy silverado. He was straight forward/honest, did not push but did everything he said he would do. Derek earned a 5 out of 5. I will purchase my next chevy from him as well.

I was charged $370.00 for front brake pads and resurfacing rotors, not new rotors just resurfacing. I asked the technician to explain my bill and all he could say was, 'the brakes were $64(or something close to that) and the other number is for the work we did'?! I asked for an itemized receipt and he would not get me anything other than the receipt that he had given me. I've called around and this is easily $100 more than anyone else in town. One of the sales guys at the dealership even said that seems a little high, ask if they may have made a mistake. I will not be returning to this dealership for service work and will definitely share this experience on social media sites. Almost $400.00 for front brake pads is absurd.
