DeAnna was a very nice young lady. Came out to see us on the lot shortly after we'd got there. Got in the back seat of the car we test drove even though we gave her our license and insurance info. We paid cash (check) so the transaction went rather smoothly. Another customer came in during our final paperwork while DeAnna was in the back room making copies and no one greeted him, said nothing to him, even others that worked there walked right by him and didn't say a word to him. We thought that was unprofessional. DeAnna finally saw him standing there then just left without finishing our paperwork!! Maybe everyone there should concentrate on being more customer friendly. Other than that our transaction with DeAnna and others in the office went rather swiftly.

The only piece of feedback I’d like to provide is that they discontinue placing their dealership decal directly on the cars. Perhaps placing their name on a license plate rounder would be better or having their name engraved on the direct opposite side of the vehicle’s name. The decal takes away from the overall look of the vehicle. Other than that, a good time was had by all!! Thank you Perfect 10!

Witch is very coming in these cars with this mileage. Not that they fixed it for me rigth the way, they also offer me a loaner car. Todd and Jake father and son are the owners and operators. This dealership fell far short of expectations when I purchased a certified pre-owned Audi with an Audi exclusive special paint color. I bought the vehicle sight unseen from 18+ hours away, relying on their assurances of its "showroom" and "immaculate" condition, and a clean Carfax. Unfortunately, the reality proved to be quite different. Roughly a month after receiving the car, as the initial heavy wax coating began to fade, the true state of the paintwork became apparent. What I anticipated as minor clear coat issues were revealed to be far more significant upon a professional detailer's inspection. The findings included several body panels containing filler, a clear coat respray that extended onto window seals, widespread light and dark paint, overspray in inappropriate areas, and peeling clearcoat in various areas. To get a second opinion, I brought the car to a reputable local body shop. Upon learning the vehicle was certified pre-owned, they expressed surprise at the “garbage” quality of the previous bodywork and opted not to undertake any repairs. Seeking a resolution, I contacted the sales general manager via email and followed up with a phone call. The response I received was dismissive, combative and rude. The GM stated they would not take any action and suggested I should have visited the dealership before purchasing—a suggestion that conflicted with their initial description of the vehicle's condition. When I mentioned involving Audi corporate, the sales GM ended the call. Subsequently, Audi corporate intervened and requested a response from General Manager Joe Boscco within two business days. To date, I have not received any communication from Mr. Boscco or his team. It's concerning to note that I read another review from three months ago with a similar complaint for hidden paint/bodywork, which also appeared to remain unresolved by the dealership. I advise potential buyers to exercise caution when considering any used vehicle from this dealership. My experience left me with an overpriced car that was not as represented.

This dealership uses the old bait and switch tactic. My wife and I took 1/2 day off of work. Drove almost 100 miles roundtrip to purchase a vehicle that we verified the payment on. Low and behold that was not exactly the right information, OOPS she says. It is about $100 a month more. Then when I said it wasn't right and complained...all they said was..We have been in business many years..blah blah blah! Overall service experince was EXTREMELY POOR. They play games and they try to pull one over on you. Example...well we can;t get you that payment at 60 months...how about we look at 82 months. WHAT are you KIDDING ME! Am I am idot? my advice...go somewhere else...somewhere where they treat customers with respect not just as a sale. Terrible experience!
