Their “marketing” strategy is to send out newsletters with scratch-offs telling people they’ve won $5000 cash, then when people call they confirm they’ve won and take their info to claim a prize. Then once they come in the employees laugh at their victim and tell them that they’re “being an idiot” if they believe this and they’re not actually a winner. When I called in later to give feedback, their manager hung up on me after I said the word “flyer”. This kind of “marketing” may sell some extra cars that day, but you’re alienating your community. I will never buy a car at Rohrman now, that’s for sure! Unprofessional through and through.
