He always lets me know that if I ever need help now or in the future, all I have to do is give him a call—and he truly means it. He’s definitely about action. I had some questions about possibly trading in my vehicle, and to my surprise, he called me the very same day to follow up. I honestly wasn’t expecting that level of responsiveness, but it showed me how serious he is about taking care of his customers. I purchased a 2017 Cadillac XT5 and Mary McDaniel was the sales person. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. They offer a 30 day/1000 mile warranty on the car which doesn't sound like much but most used cars are as is. I live in Hot Springs Arkansas which is a 3 hour drive to the dealer, but for the deal I got it was well worth it. The very next day the thermostat went out and I was prepared to drive back to Memphis to use the warranty to get it fixed. It was suggested that I get it repaired in Hot Springs and they would cover the cost. I did that today and 45 minutes after City Auto was contacted that the repairs were completed the bill was paid. I couldn't ask for better customer service and definitely recommend this dealership. Every bit a 5 star company. Ask for Mary when you go.

Hands down ABSOLUTE BEST place to buy a vehicle in Memphis! The people here are very warm and welcoming and treat you like family! We were in the market for a car for my daughter's 16th birthday and we weren't sure what we wanted to get yet. We were able to freely look around and not be harassed like we had been at other dealerships. They have a large inventory with a variety of different vehicles in ONE place. When my daughter found a car she liked the staff made sure we got what we wanted and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Very nice vehicles at fair prices. No mark ups. Jim Kerras dealership wanted to charge almost $3k in additional "dealership fees" on tops of the marketed sale price 😳 So thankful we decided to come to Car Smart. We called Covington Pike in search of a new family vehicle for us and our growing boys. My husband got in touch with Hugh the sales manager. He was no nonsense and willing to work with what would be best for us. We were able to get most of the negotiation done prior to coming to the dealership. He made it easy and was very accommodating. We liked how down to earth and reasonable he was in comparison to nearby car dealerships. He was quick and efficient. Really loved working with him. The moment we pulled up to the dealership at Covington Pike we were immediately greeted by an awesome, friendly, and helpful person who we would find out later was our Subaru dealer. Daniel was so informative, I loved his approach and realness. He really got to know us and what our family needs out of the vehicle we were looking for and was kind hearted and very up to date about Subaru and also current cars on the market., how Subaru outshines them, as well as the history behind some great older models as well. He showed us around and made us feel comfortable and at home in the process and that’s something that’s hard to find in a car buying experience. Paul in finance was a gem!!!! He was so cool, had impeccable taste in music, was friendly, educated, and really made us feel safe through the nervousness of financing a new vehicle. We felt like we were in such good hands and any questions we had were answered clearly, he was very honest and straight to the point but warm about it, which is rare to find when you hear how stressful financing can be when buying a car. Paul was funny and caring and made financing a breeze. It was relatively quick and easy from start to finish. He bought to my attention some things that needed to be performed to maintain good working order of all systems and avoid future problems. I am a firm believer in maintaining your vehicle. I took my truck in to be repaired and the service department would not honor my extended warranty hourly rate did some repairs that are normally figured in with the repair I will never carry my truck back to this dealership I have been dealing with them for years and have bought several vehicles from them but will never buy another vehicle from them and would advise anyone to look elsewhere
