We found a perfect vehicle at a good price. We actually were planning to purchase the car sight unseen, drive up to the area for an event and pick-up the car during our visit. We spent all day back and forth on phone, email and text. Passed off to multiple sales reps. They first suddenly increased the price of the car, then "honored" the original price only to add $2995 as a "dealer loyalty program" for their services (who does this?!?) . No services or incentives offered with this "program" but rather for their procurement & conditioning of the car. Conveniently, this charge was the price difference from the "honored" price. Told them to delete the line item, match the interest rate like they promised and then suddenly there is no room for customer service. We ended up not purchasing. Never have we ever encountered this type of dishonest sales practice and terrible customer experience in the years we’ve bought new or used cars! Found all over the internet that this dealership practices up-charging their customers like this regularly! Read your offers and make sure you don't get scammed by this dealership! More

I flew from Florida today to assist my son who lives in Plano in buying basically an almost brand new 2020 Toyota Camry with just 3000 miles and Amine El Harchaoui was my sales person. It was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Amine is super professional and sincerely friendly. He listened to what my expectations were, he gave solid feedback and worked very hard to have the dealership meet all of my wants and needs for my son related to the purchase. Amine worked honestly with me and lived up to every thing he said he would do for us. Having bought many vehicles in the past, I know what I want and I have expectations of no sales floor games or promises changing at the finance table. Amine was simply excellent and I highly recommend him and Toyota of Richardson. He delivered on every single request. Darryl in Finance also was easy to work with and he obtained excellent finance terms for my son (better terms in fact than what my son got pre-approved from his credit union) and coordinated paperwork quick and easy with no high pressure stuff. I highly recommend asking for Amine at this dealership. Amine did a wonderful job for us, he connected with my son to ensure my son had an ongoing contact there and he set up his first scheduled services in the future and I truly am just amazed at how well Amine and Darryl and the dealership treated us, made us feel welcome and never played any typical dealership games that happen elsewhere. If I could rate Amine and Toyota of Richardson higher than 5 stars I certainly would!!!! Highly recommend these folks!!!!! More

My family and i came in late to buy a Tundra and Rob and Saad both stayed and helped us. They went above and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted. If I could give less than one star I certainly would. You don’t try to sell 1 vehicle to 2 people at the same time and say whoever gets the paperwork done first gets the car. You also don’t make undercut re don’t try to sell 1 vehicle to 2 people at the same time and say whoever gets the paperwork done first gets the car. You also don’t make undercut remarks when a customer states that they want the extended warranty on a vehicle. Lastly, you don’t hand a customer back their keys and indicated that they go find their car after the deal didn’t work out and tell them that they are crazy. Yes, this all actually happened. I will NEVER refer anyone to this dealership. We went the very next day, to another dealership, and was treated like a customer should be treated. They were even floored when we told them what happened. I ended up with an SUV that I absolutely love and they will get all the referrals from me! These people at Toyota of Richardson need extensive training on how to treat and talk to customers. More
