This guy refused to give an out the door quote bc I would not come to the lot first. Even after he knew my wife was having a hard day with just 2 weeks left before welcoming our child. He didn’t understand that we wanted a deal before making a 98 mile trip. We were a cash buyer instead he wanted to be an inconsiderate greedy pig. I’ll spoil my wife at a different dealership bc of this guy. People like him are the reasons people buy at carvana etc. More

The dealership won’t conduct business with out of town banks and didn’t mention anything….until my bank sent the drafting instructions for receiving funds. My loan officer contacted the dealership and was banks and didn’t mention anything….until my bank sent the drafting instructions for receiving funds. My loan officer contacted the dealership and was transparent from the beginning on drafting process. The dealership agreed and accepted, until they found out I was driving over 500 miles from out of town. The dealership quickly changed their mind and requested a cashier check or no deal. It came down to the dealership wanting me to finance through them or use someone they recommended. My guess is they get a kick-back in return (finders fee) if I chose to finance. So my wife and I decided to conduct our business with a different dealership. Toyota of Richardson should state on their website they don’t accept out of town banks. I’m sure that would save time for other customers who experienced what I did. More

If I could give less than one star I certainly would. You don’t try to sell 1 vehicle to 2 people at the same time and say whoever gets the paperwork done first gets the car. You also don’t make undercut re don’t try to sell 1 vehicle to 2 people at the same time and say whoever gets the paperwork done first gets the car. You also don’t make undercut remarks when a customer states that they want the extended warranty on a vehicle. Lastly, you don’t hand a customer back their keys and indicated that they go find their car after the deal didn’t work out and tell them that they are crazy. Yes, this all actually happened. I will NEVER refer anyone to this dealership. We went the very next day, to another dealership, and was treated like a customer should be treated. They were even floored when we told them what happened. I ended up with an SUV that I absolutely love and they will get all the referrals from me! These people at Toyota of Richardson need extensive training on how to treat and talk to customers. More
