Everyone is always so professional and friendly. I always need to bring my kids with me and the staff are super sweet to them, offering lollipops and warm smiles! My vehicle is always covered in mud as I live down a dirt road, and the car is shining after every appointment at Gatorland Toyota! Never a complaint from me!!! More

I had an appointment but spent 3 and half hours at the dealership with NOTHING fixed on my car. The only thing done was new batteries installed in my key fobs which DID NOT FIX my keyless entry not workin dealership with NOTHING fixed on my car. The only thing done was new batteries installed in my key fobs which DID NOT FIX my keyless entry not working. The only recommendation was new windshield wiper blades which had been done at my last visit barely 3 months previously. No fix for the fog lamps that would not light up nor the tire pressure sensors that were not working., I am not sure I ever want to come back for "service" the way this dealer provides so-called service. More

Service appointments are always available and timely. Not usually a long wait once we’ve arrived for our service appointment. Nice waiting area and amenities. Was a little disappointed this time in service representative. Our vehicle was sold to us with off-road performance tires on it and we took note of the psi at the time of purchase. We noticed that when we’ve taken our vehicle in for routine service, the service center fills the tires 10psi over what is specified on the door and what was in the tires at time of purchase. When we asked the service rep why this was the case/could he confirm the correct psi, he avoided answering the question and instead talked about them being performance tires. Nothing about what the correct psi should be/why it’s been inconsistent. It was also recommended to us, based on mileage alone, that we get a realignment. We asked if the measurements showed that the alignment was off or if it was strictly recommended based on mileage. Again, he avoided answering the question. We got the alignment anyway (looked at the measurements after the fact and it was BARELY out), but this encounter made it seem like he was just trying to make a commission off of added services. We also didn’t get the sense that he knew the answers to the questions we had asked and didn’t want to take the time to get an answer. More
