They do not make you feel you are just another number or just a customer. They make you feel as if you are family... We have never enjoyed buying a car until we went to Bozard... no pressure just had a blast looking and test driving...Not only did we buy one car but went back 3 months later and bought another..To us there is no another company that even comes close to how everyone treats you there... Ford itself should know this that Bozard can survive without Ford but Ford could never survive without Bozard. Why I Keep Coming Back! I just purchased my 3rd vehicle from Bozard. I don't even consider going to another dealership when I am wanting to purchase a vehicle anymore. The I just purchased my 3rd vehicle from Bozard. I don't even consider going to another dealership when I am wanting to purchase a vehicle anymore. The experience at Bozard cannot be matched. I've worked with Art Rutcha for years and he always delivers. This time I purchased a 2014 Ford Focus. Art introduced Mike Murdock as the associate that would be working with me to find the right vehicle and the right deal. I don't think Mike could have been more genuine and thorough during the process. This is the 1st time I've purchased a vehicle where a salesman took the time to ensure I knew what 'every' button, switch, etc..would do prior to leaving the dealership. The experiences I always have with Art and had this time with Mike, are the reasons why I know exactly where I will end up when it's time for my next purchase. Thanks Bozard! More

BROUGHT MY 12 JEEP WRANGLER IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE. I HAD PURCHASED A USED VAN FOR THIS DEALER SOME MONTHS BEFORE WITH A GREAT EXPERIENCE SO I THOUGHT I WOULD TRY THEIR EXPRESS LANE SERVICE CENTER.
