I wasn’t given complete access information about the program with my car. The service agent said to call back with any questions. I’ve called several times today, leaving a voicemail message. Brought my car in for oil change/Door lock electrical button replacement/ have my brakes checked as one of the calipers was malfunctioning. Service advisor told me it would be a couple of days for servic button replacement/ have my brakes checked as one of the calipers was malfunctioning. Service advisor told me it would be a couple of days for service to be completed. I got myself a rental, and after four days of not hearing anything decided to drive by Service department and was told that my car had been ready for two days and no one contacted me. After driving my car off the lot I realize they had not bothered to even inspect my brakes. I had to bring it back and it took two more days to get part in and brakes fixed. By this time I had spent $400 worth of car rental to have my car sit in a lot for four days after just getting an oil change. There’s no communication at all with any of the Service reps and to make matters worse, the day I came to pick up my truck Everyone was out to launch at the same time so I had to wait 45 minutes to get processed. The only reason I brought my car here is because I used to deal with Jeniffer who was awesome but apparently she’s moved on. This place is a nightmare, you will never get through any sales rep. when you call and your car will sit there for a month if you don’t bother to check back and see if it’s ready More
