I started working at Klaben when I was 16 years old, answering phones and filing paperwork. Throughout my high school and college years, I took on various roles at the dealership which helped to expand my knowledge and understanding of the business. I started working in the Finance Department at the age of 23, while completing my MBA at the University of Akron. I had a strong curiosity and interest in Finance, mostly because of my love for working with people and numbers. I worked as a Finance Manager for 19 years, and transitioned to the role of Sales Manager in August 2021. I am proud to work for a company that grounds itself in customer loyalty and satisfaction and have enjoyed the relationships I have built with several of my customers over the years.

I'll be back I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy or lease my new car. Tyler took the time to go over the benefits of both. Leasing was the best deal for me. I feel I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy or lease my new car. Tyler took the time to go over the benefits of both. Leasing was the best deal for me. I feel I was in and out in a little over an hour. I never felt pressured or rushed and all my questions were answered. Christine in Finance also answered my questions and went over all the paperwork clearly explaining everything. These 2 were a joy to work with. More

Two Fords in our driveway now. Mike Cooney is the finest example of a salesman I have ever known. I never owned a Ford before last year and I am 69 years old and now I own two! Christine is another example of an employee who goes far beyond what is normally given as service to a customer. And Patrick across the street is the reason I came to Klaben to look at automobiles in the first place. Overal, anyone looking to trade in or buy a used or new vehicle should definitely go to Klaben and give them a try. Amazing! !!!! Ty Davis is the salesman that handled my purchased. He listened to me about my needed , wants and fears in buying a new car.
