I started working at Klaben when I was 16 years old, answering phones and filing paperwork. Throughout my high school and college years, I took on various roles at the dealership which helped to expand my knowledge and understanding of the business. I started working in the Finance Department at the age of 23, while completing my MBA at the University of Akron. I had a strong curiosity and interest in Finance, mostly because of my love for working with people and numbers. I worked as a Finance Manager for 19 years, and transitioned to the role of Sales Manager in August 2021. I am proud to work for a company that grounds itself in customer loyalty and satisfaction and have enjoyed the relationships I have built with several of my customers over the years.

Like all the people, all phases, but it takes to long for the process to conclude. We had appointment to close deal after deciding on a car 2 days before and it still took 2 hours, 1:45 to 3:45. I’ve had nothing but good experiences dealing with everyone I’ve come in contact with at Klaben. I’ve been dealing with Klaben for the better part of 15 years now primarily because of Terry Baughman a everyone I’ve come in contact with at Klaben. I’ve been dealing with Klaben for the better part of 15 years now primarily because of Terry Baughman and Mona in service. When it’s time for a new vehicle I don’t even go anywhere else like I used too. I used to deal with both you at Klaben and George Clark at Sarchione Ford which is now in my hometown of Alliance. I really enjoyed working with George but he is a distant second behind you people so I don’t even waste my time going anywhere else now. Please don’t let Terry know I said this about him because it’ll go to his head and then I’ll have to stop shopping at Klaben. More
