Three times I was told my vehicle was ready and to go to dealership and three times it was not ready. A second market trailer hitch was installed instead of the Toyota trailer hitch. Contract was signed on dealership and three times it was not ready. A second market trailer hitch was installed instead of the Toyota trailer hitch. Contract was signed on December 11 and did not get vehicle until December 30th. Ordered vehicle in the beginning of November. Felt like they were trying to get over on me because I was a woman and pressuring me to either cancel contract or signed the acceptance of the vehicle with no trailer hitch and or the wrong trailer hitch. Our family just bought its 5th car from Cobb County Toyota, so clearly we have had really good experiences there. We have worked with Claude on a few of our purchases, and I love that he is persistent Toyota, so clearly we have had really good experiences there. We have worked with Claude on a few of our purchases, and I love that he is persistent without being annoying. Ha! We feel comfortable working with him and feel that he is a fair, and honest salesmen. We have looked at vehicles at other Toyota dealerships in the area, but always come back to Cobb County because in our opinion they are the best! More
