This is not Michael, , it’s Penny, however, he is of the same mind I am. I had a terrible time getting Logan. I’had no idea he was on vacation and I’m sorry I bothered him. But NOBODY would answer at the d same mind I am. I had a terrible time getting Logan. I’had no idea he was on vacation and I’m sorry I bothered him. But NOBODY would answer at the desk. I called numerous times to no avail. With that being said, I finally did get the desk and she was just a tad unprofessional. I explained we were leaving for the holidays and needed it changed before the holidays. I was on HOLD awhile, then she came back with an attitude and said, “WELL….can you be here at 8am? I said yes ma’am I can”. We live in Guy, 18mi north of Greenbrier and own a cattle ranch so her attitude was wasted on me. We get up at 530 every morning. We have 110 head of cattle and they must be fed. So I threw her an answer she was not expecting obviously. She let out a heavy sigh and said, ‘’ok’’ and hung UP! RUDE!!!!!! More

The service department at this dealership is quite impressive. They take videos, send them to you, and show you all of their findings. There is complete transparency with the maintenance being perform impressive. They take videos, send them to you, and show you all of their findings. I would make one recommendation, if I could; if a conversation needs to be had with a patron regarding needed repairs, and the cost, it might be better to do this in a more private setting. It seemed that there was a level of discomfort on behalf of the patrons with whom these conversations were had. That would be my only critique. More
