This service center has never resolved any issue I’ve had with 3 Subarus. Problems persist with my 2019 Outback red lights flashing on dash after I turn car off. It’s drained one battery I had to replace had with 3 Subarus. Problems persist with my 2019 Outback red lights flashing on dash after I turn car off. It’s drained one battery I had to replace. It does it more often at night when headlights are used, but has done it in daytime too. Google and AI search shows it as common problem with Outbacks so why hadn’t Subaru fixed it?, I’m switching to Toyota from now on. More

I’ve fever been to this dealership with a problem with any of the 3 Subura vehicles I’ve had that they’ve ever resolved. The red flashing lights that have been intermittently on my dash for a year continu any of the 3 Subura vehicles I’ve had that they’ve ever resolved. The red flashing lights that have been intermittently on my dash for a year continue without resolution. Apparently this is a common problem with Outback’s but no o e seems able to fix it. Do the dealership managers have a group email where they discuss common problems that no one solves? Do they ever report these to Subaru Headquarters? If not I suggest they do so ASAP More

I've been here twice. Both times they didn't put the dampener back on my glovebox.
