I walked in to take a look at a vehicle, not planning to take it any further. But the way Jose helped made the process so simple. I saw a beautiful Highlander on the website, and came in to test drive the next day. I loved it, and it needed to have a few things done cosmetically. Dave Pair, Mike in service, Carlos and Tim were very tr to test drive the next day. I loved it, and it needed to have a few things done cosmetically. Dave Pair, Mike in service, Carlos and Tim were very transparent about what could be done, and the time frame. Shawn made the paperwork was fast and very easy, and they went above and beyond with the repairs to my vehicle. I am so happy with my new car!! More
