Not worth the time Service takes way too long, is expensive, and they try to sell you things you don’t really need. Even with an appointment it will take minimum two hou Service takes way too long, is expensive, and they try to sell you things you don’t really need. Even with an appointment it will take minimum two hours for a routine checkup. “Coupons” not worth anything. Had “up to $100 on parts and service” coupon and saved like $10 on a $120 bill. And the reason it was $120 was they sold me an air conditioning service when they told me it was a fluid top off. More

Provided additional work without additional cost I had a quote for a repair calling only for the replacement of 1 part. However, once the technician replaced the part, it was found another part was n I had a quote for a repair calling only for the replacement of 1 part. However, once the technician replaced the part, it was found another part was needed to regain complete functionality and get the repair done correctly. Since the additional part was only $25, Dominique went ahead and ordered it for me and called to let me know. He informed me I could bring the vehicle back in and complete the repair with no additional labor cost. I felt this was more than fair and Dominique was great to work with More

For the first time, someone met me when I Just this week I took my vehicle to the service department for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. For the first time, someone met me when I pulled into the deck with an iPad in-hand and got me checked in. This made it easy, painless and quick. This is the first time that has ever happened. I hope this is something they continue. I also have had several issues with my Toyota Sienna that is less than a year old. I have not been overly impressed with their (service dept.) ability to identify and fix the problem. Often, we have had to do this for them and even then, it doesn’t get fixed correctly. But overall, they are eager to help and fix the issue! More
