Service is arduous and slow. I have a road hazard option. Got a flat tire that ruined the tire. It was covered under the service. But it took a week to get the tire in and h I have a road hazard option. Got a flat tire that ruined the tire. It was covered under the service. But it took a week to get the tire in and half a day to get it installed. Three trips to the dealership. I love the Toyota cars, but the service makes me want to use a different dealership. More

The service people I worked with were very good. However, I have problem with the cost of a replacement key for my 2008 RAV 4. The total cost was over $350. It cost $160 to program the key. No one has explained to me why it would take hours and cost so much to perform a programming task that has been done many, many times before. I can program a garage door remote in minutes. Granted that may be a simplier process, but still. More

The speed of service was fast and the job was done quick. However, the employee didn't seem to bother to go over anything that was done during the visit and he seemed a little annoyed when I didn't want to t However, the employee didn't seem to bother to go over anything that was done during the visit and he seemed a little annoyed when I didn't want to take up the offer for additional services. Also, the rep could have been more proactive and tried to reach out when the job had already been completed and the car was ready for me to pick up as he knew that I was already waiting at the dealership. The service there varies from chaotic to crickets meaning it’s really busy or not busy depending on the day. I wasn’t too impressed with our recent help there. We bought our Toyota brand new there and bought the Service Plan. Unfortunately it doesn’t cover much else but the oil changes and tire rotations. And they are pricey there! I don’t know about our future with Brent Brown. I miss the one on one with our mechanics in the past. They seemed to care so much more about us. More

They have a child play room while you wait, which is nice. They do not have a diaper changing table in the men’s room. They frequently overbook so I typically am there longer than I should be.
